Vacation apartment Sporn, Germany

Nice 2-room apartment, newly renovated and furnished in 2018. It is about 50 square meters and has a small balcony and a small terrace. The living room has an additional bed (sofa bed with dimensions: about 140 x 200 cm), so that up to 4 people can use the apartment. For the very young a travel cot available free of charge. The bedroom has a king-size bed with 180 x 200 cm bed surface and a wardrobe. The kitchen is equipped with refrigerator, stove and microwave, kettle, toaster and coffee maker. The bathroom has a shower and a bathtub. The price includes towels, tea towels and bed linen. Electricity, water and heating are also included. IMPORTANT.  Apartment has 2 FLOORS

The apartment is located in an annex to our family house. It extends over two floors, the ground floor is bathroom and bedroom and the first floor kitchen and living room with balcony. The house is on a quiet street, in a fenced property with a garden. For the apartment is a small terrace available with barbecue. In addition, a parking space for cars in front of the house is available. In a minute, a cash machine, hair salon, small grocery store with a bakery and a butcher is within walking distance.  The dam and its water park are within walking distance in about 15 minutes.
