Beautiful, quiet condo

This was a beautifully renovated condo! The check in process was easy, everything was very clean, quiet, and family friendly, and we loved easy access to the nearby beaches. The only small disappointment was not having access to a BBQ grill even though it was included in the listing. We would definitely stay again!

Great location, great property!

We enjoyed our stay. The rental had everything we needed. It is attractively decorated with many updates. It was comfortable and quiet. The location is ideal. We enjoyed our daily walks and jogs around the property and over the bridge to St. Pete Beach. All information that we needed was communicated clearly leading up to our stay and then at the conclusion. We highly recommend this property and look forward to renting this condo again. Thank you!

I have to say we enjoyed our stay very much. Our only complaint would be the security was borderline harassment. I get it is spring break, but they very much became an annoyance. Seem to go after the kids no matter what they did, even though they told them multiple times where they were staying.

We loved the unit - very pretty and very good remodel...my only complaint is the furniture in the familyroom - not very comfortable for relaxing - maybe some ottomans or recliner and couch not very comfortable.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The owner's did a great job in the renovations made to Vista Verde East 211. We had a great trip and the place was excellent. Several observations we would like to add for the owners and management: the air filter in the HVAC system hadn't been replaced for some time. We replaced it while we were there. Also we noticed that the tag accompanying the fire extinguisher indicated that it had last been serviced in October, 1990. I think you may want to look at that, I hope it is wrong. Also, we had some problems with the TV Cable service in the living room but We were able to resolve this , with your assistance, with the cable company. Otherwise , the place was great.

Loved This Condo!

This was the first time staying at Isla Del Sol, and we loved it. Vista Verde East is quiet, feels safe, and the neighborhood is beautiful, pool and hot tub area is very nice and wasn’t crowded. The condo itself was wonderful. Photos don’t do it justice, it really is adorable and very nice. We were very comfy here, and it felt like a home away from home. FYI the master bedroom king bed is high-end but very firm. I loved everything about this condo: view was peaceful, condo is super clean, well finished and stocked, and we love the location between Pass A Grille and Fort DeSoto. Probably will be staying again if it’s open. Would be great for extended stays as well.
