Gîte in lovely 18th century building (old mill) also containing a guest room (B&B) and the owners' home. Warm welcome guaranteed. 1st floor accessed via stairs opening onto covered terrace (outdoor furniture, BBQ). Living room, kitchen and lounge areas, small study area, 2 bedrooms (double bed) (2 single beds, cot), shower room, separate WC. Upper floor (attic with exposed beams): bedroom (2 single beds). Shared courtyard. Open to guests: solarium and other places to relax. On-site: leisure room (reading area, billiards), fitness room ('cardio' equipment) with sauna (extra charge). Gîte can be rented with just 2 bedrooms, if required (300-500€/week, 280€/short break of 2 nights, 320€/3 nights, 350€/4 nights).
