Detached house in a quiet location with wonderful views of Lake Schwendi and the panorama of the Alpstein and Churfirsten mountains. The fenland area around Lake Schwendi became a nature reserve shortly after the house was built. This put a stop to building in the surrounding area, giving the house a unique stand-alone location. In spring 2011, we extensively renovated the interior and windows of the holiday home. All rooms have been freshly painted. The living area was fitted with parquet flooring and new carpets were laid in the sleeping area. The bathroom and toilet on the upper floor have been combined and a shower has been installed instead of the bathtub. You will also find a new and modern kitchen with dishwasher and ceramic hob. We have extended the communication possibilities in the house with unlimited internet access. There are two beds in each of the four bedrooms, four of which are new Hüsler Nest beds. A baby travel cot and a children's mattress are also available if required.

Other sports and leisure facilities: The two ski areas of Unterwasser and Wildhaus can be reached directly by ski/snowboard and you can ski from the ski areas right to the front door. The location is also attractive in summer, as the hike to the Churfirsten area can start right on the doorstep and the Schwendisee invites you for a refreshing swim.
