The Golden Sands, located in Ocean City, offers everything a vacationer could want without needing to leave the building complex. Enjoy the beach, indoor and outdoor pools, tennis, oceanfront volleyball, and game and exercise rooms! During the summer season, visit the beach bar and grill, sandwich shop, convenience store, and gift shops.

Wake up every single day to the unmistakable sound of the crashing waves at this perfect beach condo! It has everything you and your guests could ever need to spend a carefree and restful vacation. It features a well-equipped kitchen with all the essentials, central air-conditioning, a private balcony with an outdoor dining area overlooking the water, on-site washer/dryer for your laundry needs, comfortable and inviting furniture, and TV with cable.

Things to Know
The building provides complimentary WiFi as a courtesy, but it is not guaranteed.
The indoor pool and large outdoor pool will not accommodate children in diapers. There is an outdoor kiddie pool provided for children in diapers.
Per building management, cannabis is prohibited everywhere on the Golden Sands grounds.
Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Relaxing...

We were very pleased with the condo. It was very relaxing and cozy. Our only complaint was the WIFI, which was very weak. We had brought our Roku so we could watch some movies and the WIFI was not strong enough to play it. The bathroom needs a little TLC but other than that, it was a very nice and clean place. Would stay there again.

Golden sands 2023

There was a lot we loved about our trip to oc Maryland. The room at golden sand was everything we expected and more. Everything was clean and our room had everything you needed. The view from our balcony was perfect and the ocean was only a few steps away. The little beach bar outside was great and the bartenders were very friendly. There was only 1 thing that we didn’t love. The elevators. There were times we waited 20 minutes to get an elevator to go up to our room.

Location was the highlight overall.

The place was cute. The deck was facing ocean which was everything for me. I looked to the left & it was previous water damage ( stains) coming down the wall. The big kicker was the two extra pillows in the bed room closet and the top pillow has two blood stains on it. Ewwww! We just left it there and used the two pillows with pillow cases on the bed. No can opener and the water pressure was good but the hot water ran out FAST. I had to get out the shower and wait then turn on the hot water only which was warm to complete my shower. Lastly my fiancé was looking for his earring so I move the couch and it was old chips, one eye lash, hair beads and alot dust plus random small trash under the couch bed. Overall property could use some improvements for the amount they charge us for cleaning and maintenance which I feel we were over charged for after finding the above I mentioned. The great thing is we was focused on making sure I enjoyed my birthday so mission accomplished.
