About this property

Percheron farmhouse in the heart of the Nature Park

I am renting a family house in the Perche with swimming pool, completely renovated last year. The house is located on the edge of the forest on a 3 ha plot of land, in a small village of about twenty inhabitants. Located 10 minutes from Mortagne au Perche and 30 minutes from Bellême.
15 minutes from the Aigle train station, direct train of 1h15 from the Montparnasse station.

Our house is ideally located for many walks in the forest (without taking the car again).
The accommodation
The accommodation has 4 bedrooms including 2 master suites with bathroom and double bed, 1 bedroom with double bed and 1 bedroom with 1 single bed and 1 double bed.
There are a total of 3 bathrooms, and 3 toilets.
The house has fibre, and an office ideal for teleworking. A living room equipped with a stove as well as a large living room with dining room and fully equipped kitchen is available to travellers.
The swimming pool is 10x5, it is unheated, and generally open from May. (we are in the Perche!)
The 3 ha wooded park has a petanque court and parking spaces.
Traveller access
Travellers have access to the entire accommodation.
