Villa Mika: luxury tropical home
Villa Mika is a 500 sqm eco-friendly residence located on the outskirts of Negombo on the west coast of Sri Lanka.
A luxury oasis amidst coconut palms, the architecturally designed house offers comfort and calm to travellers who wish to relax.
The design and style of the house reflect the serene island life that is part of Sri Lankan culture and heritage.
The accommodation
Villa Mika is ideal for couples or families (max 4 adults) and includes a swimming pool, jacuzzi, large garden, 2 bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, 2 ultra-king-size beds, a baby cot and a guest bathroom.
Villa Mika is a staffed property with a caretaker who stays overnight in separate quarters.
In the event of a power cut, we have an automatic generator that can power the entire villa, including air conditioners.
We have a water treatment system so that all the water in the Villa is purified and drinkable.
High speed WIFI is available throughout the property.
Guests have exclusive private use of the property. A daily continental breakfast is included in the rate. A small menu is available on pre-order for an additional fee. The house manager can drive guests to the supermarket once a day if needed in our jeep (free of charge).
Guests can also use Ubereats to access a wide variety of dishes.
Other things to note
Villa Mika is located 8 km from the airport and 8 km from the city's sandy beaches and nightlife.
Guests can request early check-in or late check-out for 100 USD (subject to availability).
We can also arrange transport to and from the airport.
