The property is within walking distance of the white sandy beach in a well-kept residential complex. The bungalow is in the lower part of the complex. The living room is approximately 50 square meters and has a flat-screen TV, kitchen and a spacious dining area. The large private courtyard with private pool is not visible and is equipped with a parasol and teak furniture. Through the courtyard you can reach the sleeping area with two bedrooms (1 double bed and 2 single beds). The spacious daylight bathroom includes shower, toilet, bidet. You can also reach the top bedroom (2 beds) with a large bathroom (shower, bath and toilet / bidet separately) via the courtyard, and you can also reach the partially covered sun terrace with a view of the bay of the Costa Calma. Here you can eat comfortably and start the day relaxed or let it end.

Leider kein zweites Mal

Das Haus ist auch für kanarische Verhältnisse etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Von einer Villa würde ich hier nicht unbedingt sprechen. Sehr hellhörig, man hört viele Geräusche aus den Nachbarhäusern. Wasserhahn, Toilettenspülung etc. Auch die an und abfahrenden Busse des gegenüberliegenden Hotels sind sehr störend und laut. Die Matratzen im Haus empfand ich als sehr unbequem. Alles in Allem würde ich dieses Haus nicht nochmal mieten allerdings auch kein anderes in der Anlage da der Busverkehr doch zu störend ist.Trotzdem möchte ich erwähnen das die Verwaltung sehr nett und zuvorkommend war und sich größte Mühe gegen hat.

Tolle Ferienwohnung, sehr sauber, gemütlich und gut eingerichtet. Einziger Kritikpunkt: gegenüber ist eine Bushaltestelle, das ist sehr laut.

schönes sauberes Haus, man kann sich sehr gut dort aufhalten. etwas unruhig an der Strasse mit Hotel gegenüber, wo tagsüber viele Busse Gäste an— und abfahren. Nachts sehr ruhig.

Exceeded expectations

The whole experience was seamless, friendly and professional, I felt secure at all times in the booking/paying process. On site services were excellent but unobtrusive as you would wish. The villa was spacious, clean, well furnished and well fitted out. We had no problems during our stay and would recommend to anyone. As a regular to the area, we noticed a distinct increase in visitors and of course it has got a lot more noisy and the roads busier. The big hotels are the main problem as they have 1000's of guests in and out at all hours and the staff to look after them too, with their different expectations of entertainment and dining. It was not enough to put us off in anyway, but something for the future, which also includes the fact that eating out is limited especially at night and therefore very busy.

Ein Must im Winter

Schöner und sauberer Bungalow an der Strand. Sonne und See, weit vom Winter. Das war eine wunderschone Erfahrung für uns. Perfekt, um die tägliche Sorgen zu vergessen. Da findet man auch ein schönes Schwimmbad, wo man sich enstpannen kann.

Super Bungalow neben dem Meer

Bungalow sauber, schön, gemütlich und ruhig sehr nah vom Meer. Die Küche ist ganze neu und sehr angenehm mit einer Geschirrspülmaschine und alles notig zum kochen. Eine große Terasse mit einem coolen Überblick auf das Meer, perfekt zum Frühstücken. Der Pool ist auch ein super Bonus.
