Why they chose this property

It is very centrally located in South Austin; can not stress enough how easy it is to get to Zilker, Barton Springs, and South Lamar with all it's bars and restaurants. Property is in a residential neighborhood though several blocks off S. Lamar so no noise or traffic.

What makes this property unique

Tons of outdoor space an amenities. Owner has kayaks, bikes, firepit, grill and plenty of outdoor seating that guests can use.
