Come stay in this ocean front, fully furnished 1 bedroom villa with a King size bed and pull out sofa with a new 2' mattress topper for sleeping comfort. There is 1 bathroom, full kitchen with brand new stainless steel appliances. There is a total coastal feel in this designer decorated villa with a shiplap wall and beach designed furniture. You have full-access to the ocean and pool at Hilton Head Beach & Tennis Resort (2 pools, 3 restaurants, beach front access, gym, tennis and pickleball courts etc.), and just steps out of your door onto the boardwalk to the the beautiful sandy Hilton Head beach. Enjoy a cup of coffee on your balcony in the morning and enjoy the sunrise views over the ocean. You will be happy you booked this one!
Hilton Head Beach and Tennis is one of the premier resorts on Hilton Head. It features the largest pool on HHI, 8 lit tennis courts, 4 pickle ball courts, a tennis pro on-site, and a remodeled fitness center.
During the summer enjoy Monday night movies and Wednesday evening karoke at the pool. Enjoy lunch, dinner or drinks at Jamaica Joez beach bar and dinner or drinks at Coconutz Sports bar. Bike rentals available at the resort and pizza delivery to your villa.
Hilton Head Beach and tennis Resort offers 4 private entrances to the beach, There is a laundry room down the hall from the villa. Hilton Head Beach & Tennis Resort offers everything on site to make your vacation one to remember and return to each year. Water front restaurants and golf are just a short drive away.
There is a seasonal shuttle to get your around the island that runs April - October. Hilton Head has over 50 miles of bike and walking trails get around. Bike rentals can be found at the resort entrance of the resort.

Good location

Property is close to the beach and pool. Building has thin walls/floors such that construction noise can be heard. Keisha at the pool bar is a joy and very personable.

A Perfect 40th Anniversary Week

This condo was exceptionally clean, had everything we needed, bed was very comfortable, and close to the pool/beach. The development itself was overall very quiet. Parking was a little challenging at times as people from the other buildings would come park in front of our building due to the beach access. The cable would freeze up frequently but was quick at coming back on. Overall we had a fabulous week and recommend the property!
