Wifi is provided by the Association so if its not working youre probably better off asking someone else whos staying at the Breakers if they are connected and if they know anything .. Its very rare that the wifi goes down but it has happened a couple times in the last 3 years.

The Breakers complex is a direct oceanfront complex. Directly across the street is Coligny Plaza ( Google it Great Place)... which has shopping, theater, restaurants, coffee house, bakery, toy store, groceries, pharmacy, and everything you could possibly need during your stay within 50 yards.

Location is perfect! We never had to drive anywhere because everything we needed was with in a five minute walk. Beach was close and we stayed on it eight hours a day. Staff we had contact with were friendly and helpful.

Great condo!

This condo is in the perfect location! We parked the car and didn’t have to drive again until we left. Just a short walk to many restaurants, ice cream shops, adventure park, and lots of fun activities for the kids. The condo and pool area were very clean, we would definitely recommend and would love to stay again!

We love staying at the Breakers because of its location…beachfront, great pool area, and right where all the action is in the Coligny area. If you like to be in the midst of all the action this complex is perfect especially on a budget. All of these units are fairly small but perfect for 2 adults or a small family. And the price of this unit can’t be beat! And the owner was amazing!

Super convenient to everything at Coligny!

Just as advertised. Super convenient and everything was in walking distance: beach, restaurants & shopping! Check-in was a breeze and the condo was clean and exactly what I had expected. Went down for the PGA event and caught the shuttle to Harbour Town right across the street. Highly recommend if you are looking for a low-key beach front condo at Coligny Beach.

Perfect little getaway

Great Spot

Although being on the first floor didn't have a great view of the ocean, this condo is great for walkability. Unit is tight on space wouldn't recommend for more than 2 people. Had a great time on Coligny and Rob was great to work with.

Cute little Condo

It’s a cute little condo that you can relax in and super close to the beach, like a 1 minute walk. We didn’t get to use the pool because it was the off season but everything was clean. It’s also walking distance to the shoppes and Bad Biscuit which is an amazing plus!

Fantastic location

This place is on the beach with everything you need within walking distance. Perfect for the 2 of us. The condo had all the essentials for cooking, cleaning and bathroom which was very nice. We would definitly stay here again.

Beautiful Mother's Day Weekend Getaways!

Property is inna great walking distance away from everything and on the beach. The local HH Piggly Wiggly is right across the street. Great restaurants and bars that serve food and drinks on the beach are in the condominiums on either side of you.

Perfect for our Visit

My grown son and I needed a clean and well equipped place where we could see and hear the ocean. Our trip was primarily for a service at the Beaufort National Military Cemetery … the ocean part of the stay was for some respite time after the service. And this condo was perfect for us! Very clean and updated with Coligny Circle shops and restaurants also just a few steps away. We will return!!

We stayed at the Breakers the first time I visited Hilton Head Island and fell in love with the complex, and the proximity of the Ocean, and Coligny Plaza. so during that visit in 1999 we purchased this unit . Hilton Head Island truly is a paradise! My family considers it a home away from home. YOURS WILL TOO!
