Super nice and updated villa! Brand New King Bed! This unit is in ocean front complex and has ocean views from the living room and balcony! Newer paint throughout, sleeper sofa with 5 inch memory foam mattress, leather recliner, updated backsplash tile, ceiling fans also has an updated bathroom and kitchen, Keurig, flat screen T.V.'s in bedroom and living room. Very comfortable KING bed in open bedroom and there is lots of storage, fully equipped kitchen, newer heating and air unit as well as ceiling fans in bedroom and living room. This unit also has a very nice balcony with outdoor seating and GREAT views of the ocean! There are elevators through out complex as well as laundry facilities on each level. There is a very large private pool with sun loungers, tables and umbrellas. This is a SECURE gated complex. You have direct access to the beach on a boardwalk, with outdoor showers. There is a newer ocean front sundeck with lounge chairs and a nice swing! BBQ and picnic area are available for your use and have been expanded and are cleaned everyday! Great Location!

This unit is in a great spot, right on the beach and close to entertainment, shops, and restaurants. Smoking is apparently allowed on the balconies which was not disclosed in the listing. Our neighbor was out there smoking constantly which ruined our evenings.

The condo was exactly as described — great location with beach access and a short walk to shops and restaurants. It’s on the small side but was perfect for the 2 of us. The owners were very responsive and accommodating. We would stay here again.

The property location is excellent, easy walk to beach and bikes could be used to visit stores and dining experiences. Only issue is air conditioner doesn’t quite reach the bedroom but there is a fan which helped. Would stay here again

Small but comfortable

Though small this unit has everything you need. Very comfortable bed. Kitchen small but nearly everything you need to cook. Plenty of china and pots and pans. But you are on vacation! Short walk to the beach. Convenient to stores and restaurants. Good for a couple but might be tight for four.

Perfect Couple’s Getaway

We loved the location of the property. It is close to Coligny Plaza, which is filled with shops and restaurants. Lori communicates super well which made the whole process easy. The bikes were also a favorite for us. It has everything you need for a cozy beach stay.

Short Stay at Hilton Head

My husband and I have always wanted to check out Hilton Head. We decided to do this on our trip home from Florida. We stayed at Seaside Villas. The communication I had with the owners was top notch. The condo had everything we needed. The bikes were definitely a nice bonus to explore the area. We hope to return sometime in the near future.

Wonderful condo!

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay In this cute little beach condo. The condo was very clean and tastefully decorated. Communication from the owner about check-in, directions, gate codes, door codes, bikes, etc. was outstanding. We had no issues with any of that. It is a small condo so what really stood out to me is how they made the best use of the space. There was plenty of shelving and hanging space in the closets so we could both unpack our bags. There were two deep drawers in the bathroom, so we were also able to unpack our bathroom items. I hate the disorganization of living out of a suitcase and I did not have to do that here. There were two large nightstands in the bedroom, rugs on each side of the bed and even an electrical strip so we could plug in our cell phones and a fan. In this condo, there was literally a place for everything. Even the beach chairs that the owner kindly provided were hanging neatly on racks on the balcony. We enjoyed using the bikes every day. It was a 5 minute bike ride to Coligny Plaza where lots of restaurants and shops are located. The door to the condo had a keypad so we didn’t have to keep up with a door key or card. The grounds and the rest of the building were immaculately maintained and it was nice to be able to park under the building. I can’t say enough good things about this condo. It was absolutely wonderful and we hope to stay in it again. Thank you Scott and Lori!

The host was very nice. Very nice place/location. Having bikes was wonderful-fun time riding in beach. Beach chairs were nice also. Communication thru VRBO website is a struggle.

We are frequent visitors to HHI and know the area very well. The unit is conveniently located near the restaurants and shopping areas we like to visit. And we liked the fact that it is located right on the beach. Although it is small, it is well suited for two people. The only negative was the sofa has seen its better days and is uncomfortable to sit on for any period of time. Otherwise, we enjoyed our stay very much.

Between us we have 4 adult kids and 4 grandchildren. Property Management, is our business and keeps us busy! Lori was born and raised in Colorado and Scott was born in California. We met in Tennessee and the rest is history!

We have always wanted to have a ocean front property and fell in love with Seaside Villas. It is such a nice, clean and friendly complex. It is so nicely located so close to the beach, Coligny Center with all the shops and restaurants and the bike paths!
