Located in Seaside Villas, a gated oceanfront complex, you're just steps from the sand and a short walk to Coligny Plaza’s shops, dining, and entertainment. Perfect for couples or small families, this cozy retreat features a Queen bed, Queen sleeper sofa, and two small bunks for kids. Enjoy a fully equipped kitchen, beach chairs, and free bikes for exploring the island!

Seaside is a gated oceanfront complex just steps from the beach and within walking distance to Coligny Plaza, the Tiki Hut, and Lowcountry Celebration Park. Enjoy restaurants, shopping, and entertainment all just a short stroll away, making it the perfect location for a fun and relaxing Hilton Head getaway!

As longtime Hilton Head locals, we've been owning and renting condos here since 2002. We own several villas in the complex and personally manage a few others, ensuring top-notch hospitality. Living on the island means we're always nearby if you need anything—or just a great restaurant recommendation!

Can only occupy 1 parking spot. There are spots under the building that can hold 2 vehicles, but all parking is 1st come. Only 1 parking permit will be issued, don't block anyone in.

We loved the condo & location. We got a great week of weather, which made the beach so much fun.

We were able to bike all over the island and enjoyed many of the local restaurants. The condo was conveniently located for exploring the many attractions.

Very cute place, great location

This was such a nice condo and Lisa and Dennis were so easy to work with. It's also in a great location, right in between Sea Pines and Coligny Plaza. We love vacationing in Hilton Head and I would definitely stay in this condo again!

Comfortable villa with ocean view & close to food & shopping

Stayed for my wife's birthday & had a great time. Hilton Head Island is easy to get around & this villa is centrally located. Owners communication responses are quick. Would recommend & stay at this villa in the future.

Very clean and up-to-date. Really nice kitchen area and appliances. Perfect for my family of four.

Had a wonderful time during our stay at Seaside Villas unit 243. Just few min walk to the beach which was great with 2 younger kids. Pool is cleaned every morning though we spent most of our time at the beach. View of the beach/ocean from the balcony was a plus. The updated kitchen and appliances were also very nice. Short walking distance to plenty of shops and restaurants. Perfect size for my family of 4! Thanks again Dennis and Lisa!! We can't wait to go back next year!

Week in Paradise

The Villa was beautiful and the sight to the ocean and beach were spectacular. The only thing I would suggest is the doors be checked. They were very hard to lock and unlock; both the front door and slider to the balcony. Otherwise everything was perfect!! I would stay in this Villa again and recommend it to anyone who asked. Would give 5 stars if there were a better, or new, mattress and boxspring.

This apartment is very convenient to shopping, restaurants and the beach. All are a short walk or bike ride away. The unit is clean and well supplied. The very large TV is great for rainy days. Called Dennis to find out how to get to the unit once inside the grounds. He was very helpful as if he had all the time in the world. If only he could have provided better weather! We will come again but a better bed would have to be in the plan.

Excellent choice

Have stayed at seaside villas before and this was the nicest unit we have stayed in yet. Unit was well stocked and everything was in working order and the condo was very clean. Excellent location close to everything. Do not need a car unless you want, everything you need for a week is within walking distance. All the units at seaside are fairly small which includes the kitchen and bathroom. Large tv in living area if that matters to you. Nice view of ocean and opposite side overlooks pool. Elevator makes loading and unloading easy. Owners were very nice and helpful. Very quick to answer any questions and to mail keys to condo. All in all a very good experience, would recommend to anyone who doesn't need a large condo or more than one bedroom. Again, great owners to work with. Have fun, we hope to go back next year if not sooner.

Perfect!!!

We began vacationing at Seaside Villas in 2001 when the boys were in grade school. Now, it being just the two of us, we still enjoy the value and atmosphere at Seaside Villas. Throughout the years we've never returned to the same condo. Not than any were really bad, it's just that none gave us a reason to return. There were many in which the owner attempted to 'dress up' the unit in one way or another, or make you feel you were (partially) in at ritzy hotel, and some we think the owner didn't care one way or another. But this unit #243 was different. In a word - "smart'. Just like being at home. Very comfortable and appropriate 'coastal' décor. Very comfortable (new??) bed. Very clean (again, new??) full range of kitchen appliances and utensils provided. Furniture appointments are also like new and comfortable. Lighting is balanced and comfortable. Floor (wood laminate with area rug in living area) looks new and is easy to keep clean. Comfortable balcony furniture for four is provided. We discovered many other little thoughtful extras that made us feel our needs were thought of and planned for. The owners were very easy to contact by both phone and email and provided documentation and keys on an appropriate schedule. We can't say thanks enough, Lisa & Dennis! We'll be returning to this unit! BTW - we've NEVER provided a review on any place we've ever vacationed, but in this case, though it is appropriate and necessary, although we did hesitate (only for a moment) when we realized this is like telling someone your favorite fishing hole - next time you go there won't be room for you! :-)

Beach Weekend

The best thing about this place is the location. After arriving on Thursday we didn’t get back in the car until leaving on Sunday. Everything is in walking distance: beach, shops, restaurants, etc. The unit is small but cute, perfect for a couple getaway (there are bunk beds for small kids though). Owner was extremely responsive.

Great location!

Overall great experience at this location! Very close to the beach - great views from this unit. Walkable area and close to restaurants and shops. Only downside is no laundry in the unit. However, there is laundry on-premises which is nice.

Seaside stay

Great location to Coligny and the beach! The owners were great and sent you everything you needed. The key fob isn’t needed currently cause the property and gate to the beach is open and gate is broken. So, not private. However, the place was still quiet and beautiful!! Would stay again. The place is exactly as described!
