SeaRenity! Beautiful Reno! King bed! w/Bikes

Was completely renovated 3/23. Great ocean view. COMFORTABLE king bed as well as a queen sleeper sofa. Gorgeous new stand up shower with rain fall fixture and an additional sprayer. 55" Roku tv in the living room and 32" Roku tv in the bedroom. The villa has a fully functional kitchen with anything needed to cook meals. Located in Seaside Villas, 4 buildings down the beach from the Tiki Hut and Coligny Plaza. Direct beach access on the property. My wife, Kendall, and I have owned and rented condos on Hilton Head since 2002. We own several villas in the complex and manage a few others. We live on the island and are always available if needed (or for a good restaurant recommendation). Seaside is an oceanfront complex in walking distance from the Tiki Hut and Coligny Plaza, centrally located, but not over crowded. Direct beach access on the property. Can only occupy 1 parking spot. There are spots under the building that can hold 2 vehicles, but all parking is 1st come. Only 1 parking permit will be issued, don't block anyone in.

Very nice, cozy condo on the beach. Very clean and the owners were very communicative throughout the stay and checked in if we needed anything. My only thing I would note is that the entrance to the condo is right in the bedroom which just caught us off guard at first, and the bed is very high off the floor so someone with mobility issues may have some difficulties. Had a wonderful stay!

Was perfect for two people. Clean and renovated. Had everything in the kitchen you could need. Nice shower in the bathroom. Pool and parking lot cleaned each morning. Easy walk to the beach from the room. Would definitely stay again.

This condo was amazing. Great views to the ocean, very close to the elevator and very clean and quiet. The free rental bikes were an added bonus. I plan on booking this same condo again soon. The hosts are super quick to answering any questions. An overall GREAT EXPERIENCE!

This room has a beautiful view. The room is as described and we had an amazing trip. The property has a good beach access. The property is within walking distance of excellent restaurants and shops. We especially liked the Sandbar restaurant. We highly recommend this property.

This property is as advertised and we had a great stay. The owner was very responsive to communication (for example, we asked for a box fan to help the A/C better cool the bedroom and this was provided in a quick time frame). The location is excellent as we could walk to the beach and many shops and restaurants. While the property is not perfect and I would not recommend for more than 2 people (it seems like an older building) it was very clean, quiet, close enough to the elevator to be convenient, the bed was comfortable, and you can use one of the many luggage carts available.

This unit provides great views of the beach. Close access to elevators. Updated interior really facilitates a comfortable stay. We love the proximity to Coligny and the park. We enjoy walking in the mornings and the walk/bike paths are great. Definitely recommend

Wonderful Villa! Everything about this Villa is exceptional! 5 min walk to the beach, beach chairs and bikes at the location are free to use, parking close to Villa, very quiet, lovely pool, can see the ocean from the patio, King bed, very clean, walk or bike to Coligny Beach. The host was so easy and kind to communicate with, making sure we had everything we needed. This Villa is more than perfect for a couple. We will definitely be staying here again. We have stayed at HHI Beach and tennis resort and I would much prefer this South Beach location. Photo is the view from the balcony.
