Perfectly appointed beach view condo on Hilton Head's prime beach. We provide two beach chairs, bikes and beach towels. Everything you need is here! Everything just got a fresh coat of paint 2/2025. This villa also has central air.
Just steps to the ocean and walking distance to restaurants, shops, grocery and entertainment. Direct beach access on the property and walking distance to Hilton Head's new Celebration Park.

This villa features a new Queen mattress set that is very comfortable, new sleeper sofa and bunks for the kids. Best suited for a family of four. Kitchen is fully equipped for cooking meals.

We are locals and would love to specialize your vacation for you, we can leave flowers or champagne if you are celebrating something.

Perfect cozy space in amazing location

The place worked perfectly for our family- and you cannot beat the location and easy access to beach and nearby restaurants. The condo was nice, clean and comfy. We enjoyed the balcony with ocean view every day.

We thoroughly enjoyed our vacation at this property! Great view of the beach from the patio. Since the property is right on the beach, the walk was very easy which is a plus with kids. There is also a nice pool that is easy to access on ground floor. Property was very clean and owner sent note to check on us to ensure we were comfortable during our stay. Highly recommend booking this property for location, functionality, and cleanliness - 10/10!

Condo was very clean and well equipped. A nice view and the beach is just steps away. We loved having the bikes onsite to use. We appreciated that it had toiletries, toilet paper, paper towels, soap - for a short stay it was nice not to have to buy these! There is a strong musty smell - not sure if it's always like that and it may not bother others. Overall it was a nice accommodation.

Perfect Location

We loved the property, the condo was the perfect size for us for the short weekend trip we were there for on our way to Florida. The bikes were an added plus that we used to ride to the shops and dining right down the road. The condo was small but perfect for what we needed.

Seaside villa was a great place to stay. The room was clean, we could see the ocean from our balcony. Its just a short walk from the room to the beach. We also could walk to the park and some restaurants, which was nice bc traffic is a little heavy. We would definitely stay there again.

Perfect Location!!

When we first arrived, we were pleasantly surprised how stocked the condo was. Plenty of toilet paper, kitchen supplies, etc. Both it and the property were very clean. The location can’t be beat, we parked once and never used our car. We walked to Coligny Plaza for meals and shopping. She also had the cutest cookies waiting for us! Plenty of carts and a space to park and unload, with an elevator. It was our first time to Hilton Head and we would definitely stay again!
