About this property

129 Breakers - Prime Oceanfront Location

Enjoy the pool and ocean view from your comfortable Breakers unit. The unit features a fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances and a flat screen TV in the living room. The condo is also furnished with a sleeper sofa for added sleeping accommodations.

The bedroom is furnished with a queen bed, plenty of storage space for clothes and bags as well as a flat screen TV. The bedroom is closed off from the other rooms so that you or your little ones can sleep comfortably and quietly.

The remodeled bathroom is accessible through the hall and has a beautiful tile walk-in shower. The bathroom has been extended to allow for a full size vanity and a little more space.

As owners, we wanted vacationers to feel like they were at home and to enjoy the luxuries that you do in your own home.

You can keep up on your laundry with your full size washer and dryer located in the hallway of the unit.

If you do not feel like fixing a meal in your fully functional kitchen, walk only a minute or two to multiple restaurants of your choice at The Beach Market or Coligny Plaza. If you feel you need a little retail therapy or forgot some much needed essentials, The Beach Market and Coligny Plaza can take care of that for you with their magnitude of shops.

Hilton Head Island is truly a wonderful vacation spot for you and your family and we know you will create many memories to last you a lifetime. For those who require more than one unit, we also have a third floor condo #315 available for rent. You can view it on the VRBO website, listing #392125. Enjoy!

Check in is 4:00 pm and check out is 9:30 am. NO SMOKING IN UNIT OR ON THE DECK. Smoking is also NOT allowed in the common areas at the pool or the walkway to the beach. In accordance with the Condominium Association rules, NO PETS are allowed. MUST BE 25 YEARS OR OLDER to rent this unit.

Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
The only bed that needs to be stripped is the hideaway bed. The queen bed in the bedroom does not need to be stripped.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

What a wonderful place! It was clean and beautifully furnished and had everything we needed for our stay in Hilton Head. We loved the proximity to the beach and to Coligny Plaza - it was so wonderful not to have to drive anywhere. We will most definitely be back!

We have been staying at The Breakers for several years Nd this condo did not disappoint! The upgrades are very nice, the bed was so comfortable and we liked being on the 1st floor. The condo was very clean and decorated very well….we were extremely happy with our stay this time! Also working with the host was a pleasure… she was very helpful with one issue we had and she took care of it immediately! I would definitely recommend this condo to everyone and we will try to get this one next time!

I am not sure if you are referring to the grounds or our unit, but we take great pride and care of our condo. We have repeat renters every year because they love our condo so much and our cleaning lady is unmatched. The grounds are very well taken care of by our association and our owners as well.

We are a family of 4, 5 counting our dog Sadie :), and have lived in the midwest our whole lives. We LOVE to travel and have been all over the U.S. and abroad. With all of our travels, Hilton Head still remains our favorite family destination.

Why they chose this property

One of our parents has owned a Breakers unit since 1995 and we have vacationed here nearly every year since. We love the location and walkability to multiple restaurants and shops. It's our favorite place on the island!

What makes this property unique

We love that the beach is within walking distance and we don't have to drive to get to it. Shops and restaurants are only a minute or two walking distance. Bike rentals and bike paths are within walking distance as well. Our morning rituals are a run on the beach or bike paths and a coffee from Coligny Plaza. Our favorite nighttime rituals are ice cream after supper and browsing the shops in Coligny Plaza. During the day we enjoy the pool, beach, ocean and the entertainment at the Holiday Inn Tiki Hut nearby. We also rent bikes for the week and ride all over the island.
