Chez Pauline - PLEGUIEN
Your vacation rental, spread over two levels, includes: On the ground floor: Living room with a fitted kitchenette. Down two steps, you access the bedroom (1 queen-size bed) with its en-suite bathroom (walk-in shower and toilet). Upstairs: 1 mezzanine bedroom (1 double bed), bathroom (sink unit and toilet). Outside: 215 m² private garden. Private parking. The cottage is adjoining the owners' home, but not overlooked, and their garage is available for bicycle storage. Do you want to discover the Côte de Goëlo and find a pleasant and not too isolated address? Then book this comfortable house with a private garden and independent access from the owners' house who live right next door. The location is great: on the edge of the D9 departmental road, which offers you easy and quick access to the magnificent seaside resorts of Saint-Quay-Portrieux and Plouha. A few minutes by car, you can discover beautiful family beaches, the fishing and marina port of St-Quay (8 km), the pretty port of Gwin Zegal (9 km), the cliffs of Plouha along the GR34 from where you will discover magnificent panoramas. Bonaparte beach also offers very pretty landscapes depending on the tides. You will also appreciate Godelins beach in Etables-sur-Mer (10 km). 4 km from all the shops in Lanvollon. 22 km from Paimpol and 28 km from the pier for the Ile de Bréhat. In Pléguien, close to the beaches of St-Quay-Portrieux and Plouha, pleasant holiday home for 4 people!
