The apartment features a comfortable double bed with brand-new, ultra-comfortable bedding, a modern bathroom with a shower and toilet, a well-organized storage space, an open-plan fully equipped kitchen, and a welcoming living area with a sofa bed that converts into a double bed, and a television.

Inside the apartment, you will find:
- 1 Queen-size bed (160 x 200 cm),
- 1 double sofa bed (140 x 200 cm),
- A storage area,
- A fully equipped bathroom with shower and toilet (including a hairdryer, soap, shampoo, and towels),
- A washing machine, drying rack, iron, and ironing board,
- A fully equipped kitchen with microwave, stove, kettle, Nespresso coffee machine, kitchen utensils, dishes, and cutlery,
- A comfortable living area with a television,
Fresh sheets, blankets, pillows, and towels are provided for the duration of your visit.

Please be aware that renovation work is currently underway in the building’s stairwell. As this situation is beyond our control, we regret to inform you that we will be unable to accommodate any complaints or requests for compensation related to this matter.

From Charles de Gaulle Airport (CDG)
Take the RER B towards Saint-Rémy-lès-Chevreuse and get off at Châtelet - Les Halles. The apartment is just a few meters from the station, located in the Westfield Forum des Halles shopping center, about a 5-minute walk.
Travel time: approximately 45 minutes.

From Orly Airport (ORY)
Take the Orlyval train to Antony, then transfer to the RER B towards Charles de Gaulle Airport and get off at Châtelet - Les Halles.
Travel time: approximately 40 minutes.

From Gare du Nord
Take the RER B towards Saint-Rémy-lès-Chevreuse and get off at Châtelet - Les Halles. The apartment is just a few meters from the station, inside the Westfield Forum des Halles shopping center, about a 5-minute walk.
Travel time: approximately 5 minutes.

From Gare de l’Est
Take metro line 4 towards Bagneux - Lucie Aubrac and get off at Châtelet. The apartment is just a few meters from the station.
Travel time: approximately 5 minutes.

From Gare de Lyon
Take metro line 14 towards Saint-Lazare and get off at Châtelet.
Travel time: approximately 3 minutes.

From Gare Montparnasse
Take metro line 4 towards Porte de Clignancourt and get off at Châtelet.
Travel time: approximately 10 minutes.

Included Services:
Bed linen and towels provided: For optimal comfort and convenience throughout your stay.
Professional cleaning service: Carried out upon your arrival and departure to ensure a spotless apartment for your use.

Family Services:
If you need a baby cot and a high chair, please inform us 72 hours in advance. Subject to availability, we will be happy to provide them.
Important note: Baby bedding is not provided.

Check-in and Check-out:
Check-in: From 3:00 PM.
Early Check-in: If you wish to arrive before 3:00 PM, confirmation will be provided 24 hours in advance, and additional fees equivalent to 50% of a night’s rate may apply.
Check-out: No later than 11:00 AM. Requests for early arrivals or late departures will be confirmed 24 hours in advance, with applicable fees clearly communicated.
Late Check-out: If you wish to extend your stay beyond 11:00 AM, it will be confirmed 24 hours prior and may incur fees of 50% of a night’s rate.

Security Deposit:
Amount: €250, payable online by credit card only via SWIKLY.
The refund will be processed from 21 business days after departure, subject to no damages being reported.

Additional Fees:
Unauthorized late check-out: €90.
Cigarette odor detected after your stay: €450.
Extra key: Service available only for stays of 15 days or more.
Lost keys (left in the door or inside the apartment): Fees range from €100 to €500, depending on the type of key.

Responsibilities and Guidelines:
Do not leave keys in the door or inside the apartment.
Respect the neighbors’ peace and quiet. Noise disturbances may result in deductions from the security deposit.

Internet Use:
Avoid any illegal activities, such as unauthorized reproduction or distribution of copyrighted works.
No access to websites prohibited under French and European legislation.
In case of internet issues related to telecom providers, no compensation will be granted.

Professional Use and Photography:
Photo shoots, filming, business meetings, or commercial use are not allowed without prior approval. Please contact us for specific rates and authorizations.

Booking Conditions:
Minimum age requirement: 21 years old.
Minors or guests under 21 are only allowed if accompanied by an adult who meets this age requirement.
Otherwise, access will be denied, and no refund will be provided.
