Very nice apartment located in the Rocas del mar residence in Costa del Silencio, on the ground floor comprising 1 living room with sofa bed, 1 kitchenette with fridge, freezer, microwave, kettle, coffee maker, hob, oven, and 1 bathroom with bathtub, toilet and washing machine and 1 double bedroom with storage and closet.
Wifi and smart TV
1terrace with partial sea views. In the residence you will find a large swimming pool with 2 pools with solarium, paddling pool, sun loungers and parasol.
You will also find a snack bar.
The latter have a breathtaking view of the sea with the possibility of taking walks on the rocky coast.
The residence is in a quiet area and is very nice.
It is easy to park on the street if you rent a car.
