“Omaha Omaha!” This charming house was built in 1912 and has been well preserved over the past century. Smack dab in Little Italy this place is bursting with character! Original hardware on the doors even have holes for skeleton keys. The main theme is a jazzy French motif. With four bedrooms this house is sure to host larger groups comfortably. Fully equipped kitchen makes meal prep a breeze. But if you want to eat out, proximity to downtown is impeccable and ride sharing is VERY affordable.

I’m from The Rocky Mountains so you know I’m addicted to the outdoors. I love traveling when I can sneak in a trip. A father of 3 girls (identical twins included) keeps me on my toes. I’ve been hosting for almost 4 years and enjoy helping people have an excellent space to make some lasting memories whether they are in town for work or fun. This is a historic neighborhood of Omaha. I have family in the area and absolutely love the proximity to the vibrant downtown.
What makes this property unique
Built in 1912, the house is full of old charm. The wood work is amazing and has original oak floors. Plenty of natural light brightens the large space. There is a bathroom on all 3 levels.
