Why they chose this property

COSY Farms has allowed us to grow our own, all natural foods, and share our philosophy of self-sustainability with those who visit the farm that have interest - or just give folks a way to "get back to nature".

What makes this property unique

The pond, creek, pastures, views, animals and old, huge trees located on the Farm, as well as seashells in the rocks at the top of the mountain (if you are able to make it up there), remind us all of what has been, and of what is really important.
