RENTAL LES GETS: In the heart of the village, opposite the Mont-Chéry gondola lifts with views of the ski slopes, you can take the little train that circles both gondola lifts. The slopes are 80 meters away. This recently renovated, bright, and comfortable one-bedroom apartment is equipped for a family of up to 5 people. It measures 38 m² and is located on the 2nd floor (no elevator) of the "LE MARCELLY" residence. A garage with one parking space is available in the building's underground parking. The apartment's French doors, overlooking the Route des Grandes Alpes, are double-glazed. A ski locker is included. Electric heating is provided. Bicycles are not permitted in the residence or the apartment; please arrange for bicycle storage.

Description: entrance hall - Living dining room equipped with 1 new RAPIDO sofa for 2 people (160cm) + television, access to the balcony - Fully equipped kitchen area (induction hob and electric oven, fridge, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, microwave, storage cupboards with cookware) - A bedroom with 2 bunk beds for 1 pers + 1 trundle bed for 1 pers + 1 large cupboard and 1 sink - Shower room (sink, toilet, shower ).
