Located 75m from the shops, 400m from the ESF, 210m from the Chavannes cable cars, at the intersection of rue du center and rue du Chêne. Shops on the ground floor of the residence. E4 on the tourist office map. Central heating. Free WIFI connection. Address 627 rue du center 74260 LES GETS.

DESCRIPTION: Entrance on the corner Kitchenette equipped (small fridge, 2 gas burners, oven, microwave, extractor hood, electric coffee maker, kettle, toaster, high and low cupboards with abundant crockery) - Living room dining room equipped with 1 double bed, bay windows opening onto balcony - 1 bathroom (sink, toilet, bath) - Pets not accepted. Non smokers.

Sheets and towels are included in the rental. End of stay cleaning is not included in the rental, paying option, see agency services.

Optional services to be paid on site and to be booked before your arrival:
- STUDIOS CLEANING PACKAGE : 60 €.
