We had a great time the house was well stocked, plenty of paper towels and toilet paper. Kitchen fairly well stocked. Would recommend!

Best experience ever!

The property was exactly as listed. There were many extras included as well. We were very happy to see some cold beverages and some fruit, as well as treats for the kids when we arrived. The property manager was very attentive and checked in via text to see if we needed anything else. Beautiful house and perfect location as well!

Mario and Halena were very excellent hosts...the house is newer model and was immaculate....excellent supply of Fresh Linens and Beach towels....everything you need for a great stay is in the kitchen...nothing missing.....the saltwater pool at the house was warm and clean....The beaches are somewhat crowded, so get there early if you want parking... from Naples to Bradenton beach access is very crowded...lots of good restaurants but you have to drive to them....Publix and Beals are within walking distance.....we very much enjoyed our stay...JL

We loved this home. Everything was perfect. We have been renting in the U.S. for 9 years and this home was by far the best. Everything we needed or could have needed was provided. Beautiful linens, pantry items all the etc’s. The pool was delightful and the outdoor furniture comfortable. And the sunsets…wow! Great location for boating and beaching. Gasparilla Island Lighthouse Beach was a real treat. Do yourself a favour and rent this beautiful home. We didn’t want to leave.

Beautiful house

I can not say enough about this property. Cleanliness is super important as my daughter has a severe food allergy. This place was spotless. I normally have to go around and do a tons of cleaning when we arrive and I didn't have to do this at all. I felt so comfortable and that made me have such a great time. The property manager was extremely responsive and helpful when I reached out with some questions. It is in a great neighborhood close to many beaches and the grocery store. They had pool toys and a beach umbrella, cooler and chairs for the beach. We thought we were going to have to purchase these items, so that was a really nice surprise. My family had the best time and we can not wait to come back.

Beautiful house, exactly as described, would definitely stay again!

The house is in a quiet neighborhood in Englewood. It’s perfect for a family of five or less. The layout is spectacular. Master bedroom is on opposite side from kids rooms with a beautiful open concept kitchen, living, and dining area, all adjoining the heated salt water swimming pool, which has comfortable lounge chairs and sofa for relaxing by the pool. It’s very private and you can Bluetooth your music app to play your favorite tunes while swimming. The appliances are all new and of the best quality and there is a gas grill for barbecuing. There are large flatscreen TVs in every room and you can sign in to your TV apps to enjoy your favorite shows. The location is a short 5-10 minutes from the beach and restaurants. Please note that if you want to go to the beach, parking is very limited, so if you want to get a spot, you will need to get to the beach by 9-30-10:00. There are beach umbrellas, towels, boogie boards and we bought a couple swimming noodles and left them for everyone staying after us. The beaches are very nice. There is a Publix one block away so getting groceries is sooooo easy. Communication with the owners was excellent and prompt and they welcomed us with a fruit basket which was an excellent touch. The only thing we did not like about the house was that we had to leave it and go back home to Chicago. If you’re looking for a stay in a less crowded part of Florida in a house you’ll enjoy, you will be glad you chose this one. We would definitely choose this house again.

Fantastic Family home to rent!

This home is amazing- very clean and welcoming-lots of extras! Beach towels, beach chairs, cooler, umbrella- within 30 minutes of amazing beaches and close to food and “stuff” shopping. Pool is awesome and has water floats- we left more! The outdoor lanai is very welcoming. The property is in a quite neighborhood location. Property Manager was quick to answer/ resolve any issues. The master bath shower was called the “car wash” by the little ones - it is a walk thru! Do not hesitate to rent. You will feel you are on vacation just being in this home! Bonus for crockpot, gas grill and Kuerig. TVs in all rooms, Lots of bath towels. We will rent again when we return to FL! Thank you for opening this home for renting! Hugs from the Feders’ Family

Absolutely exceeded expectations!

The property, but more so the management of the property is extraordinary! We've gotten used to the "norm" of holding our breath as we walk into a property ...and being dissatisfied with the cleanliness, condition, communication and general management (bugs, pool, etc) of the property. You can have the nicest property but if the management company cuts corners on the above mentioned items, it can truly ruin your stay/experience. Well that is definitely not the case with this property and Halina. Top notch and WAY exceeded our expectations. We walked into an extremely clean property and very nice gifts - an extra touch we won't forget. Halina touched base with us on our first full day, to see if we needed anything and was more than willing to help and take care of us however she could. The house was well stocked and made making meals at the home very easy. We hated to give too good of a review and then the house always be booked when we might want to stay!!! LOL!!

Beautiful house with excellent service

We were a little afraid to rent this home without seeing any prior reviews. We are so glad we did rent it out! It is a beautiful place to stay, it is really clean and smells refreshing when you enter! This home has a lot of open space and it is tastefully decorated. The fully equipped kitchen was a big plus! The pool area is beautiful and the waterfall makes it peaceful and relaxing. The location of this property is great and close to the beach, stores, restaurants and bars. The host was very quick to respond. We were really surprised with the warm welcoming from the manager of the property, she even left us some goodies. My family and I had a great time and we will surely come back. 5-star all the way!!!
