New and fully equipped, it consists of a bedroom with a double bed and storage, a main room with a dining area and a very comfortable sofa bed for a 3rd adult or 2 children, as well as a shower room with suspended toilet.

Located on the ground floor of a house, the apartment has a completely independent entrance.
For maximum comfort, the accommodation is equipped with underfloor heating and electric shutters.
The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, washing machine, induction hob, mini oven, microwave oven, combined fridge freezer, Senseo coffee machine, kettle, toaster, hood and everything you need to cook.

The Pointe de Pen-Bé closes the Pen Bé traict: a small sea open to the sea, it is the natural resource of the Mesquer salt marshes. At low tide, the walker discovers the oyster beds. As it recedes, the water discovers the mudflats, a privileged place for feeding waders.
The Salt Marshes of Assérac are part of the "Bassin du Mès" which brings together about twenty salt workers on 400 hectares. The name of the salt that is harvested there is the famous "salt of Guérande".
The site of the Landes de Pen Bé is located on a point separating the bay of Pont-Mahé and the traict of Pen Bé, within a major ecological ensemble made up of the Mès basin. The Conservatoire du Littoral owns 9 hectares of semi-dry moors on the edge of cliffs and meadows, some of which are grazed for the land.
