This unit offers easy access with self-check-in, garage parking (for 2 cars, height limit 6'9”), and an elevator taking you from the garage to level 1 where the home awaits.

About the Space:
This condo offers amazing views of the Sherwin Mountains and Owen's Valley, truly giving you the Mammoth experience. The space is comfortable and makes a perfect home-base given the close proximity to Eagle Lodge (for winter sports) and the town bike path (for summer activities).

The open floor plan and views of the outside from the windows create a spacious atmosphere. The open living area offers a cozy pull-out sofa, central heating, a large smart TV and wood burning fireplace. Enjoy a full kitchen with new appliances, private Trager BBQ (with free pellets), quaint dining area, and private outdoor patio with seating area.

The primary bedroom offers a king-sized bed and has an ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom has a XL twin over queen bunk bed – it has a private entry into the bathroom that is shared with the living area. Both bedrooms have ample closet/dresser space for clothing storage.

There is in-unit laundry, located in the hallway near the second bathroom.

We provide coffee, creamer, sugar, salt, pepper, cooking oil, and a fully stocked kitchen. We also provide shampoo, conditioner, hairdryer, soap, lotion, toilet paper, paper towels, tissues, dish soap, dish detergent, sponges, trash bags, laundry detergent, pellets (for BBQ), firewood, fire starter, and matches. Firewood is located on the deck.

Guest Access:
You will have the entire condo to yourself.

Guests staying at The Bridges have access to the HOA jacuzzi.

There are 2 parking passes permitted for this property. There are 2 assigned parking spaces in the garage (height limit 6'9"). Please ensure parking passes are visible in your vehicle at all times and return them upon leaving the condo.

Amazing place!

Really enjoyed the space and location. Easy access to the slopes! Loved the top of line appliances too and that they had everything you need to cook ! The fire place was a highlight providing great warmth during the cold night. Thank you, we had so much fun and will definitely be back.

Super clean and fantastic views!

Excellent views and super clean. All new appliances in kitchen and plenty of supplies, spices, and dishes. Hall bath floor tiles are loose which we reported so they may be repaired and not an issue. Furniture in living room was not that comfortable. We mainly sat in the balcony enjoying the fantastic views or at the dinning table playing games. There is an elevator in the building, condo is on the end so only one shared wall, but stairs are located right outside main bedroom. All in all, we enjoyed our stay and appreciated the cleanliness and the views.
