This fully furnished, 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom home has stainless steel appliances, new luxury vinyl planks, and huge walk-in closets (if you want a walk-in closet, this is the place!). The 10 foot ceilings make it even more spacious. Convenience is key - the location is perfect! It is right off of Broad Street in downtown Murfreesboro only 4 blocks from the square. It is 2.4 miles from Ascension St Thomas hospital and only 2 miles from MTSU. There 2 parking spaces.

Soccer tournament weekend

We had a good stay, the only complaint we had was the water and ice out of the refrigerator was really nasty. The house was nice and entry was easy. Would definitely stay again. Thank you!

Weekend Getaway

It was a great experience - the place was perfectly clean, the instructions were clear, and we had a great time. Having a bathroom next to/attached to each bedroom meant that we never had any issues getting ready/splitting the space which was important to me. We had more than enough towels and whatnot. 10/10 experience.

Very Clean and easy to find.

We were very impressed with the VRBO as soon as we walked in, clean and smelled great. the beds were very comfortable. We will definitely stay there again when we return. The parking was a little tricky but manageable. Thank You.

A beautiful retreat

We were in town for a softball tournament. This house was the perfect place. We were close to everything. The property was beautiful. The owner has made sure every detail makes you feel at home. My daughter is considering college there- if so this will definitely be where we stay on our trips to visit.

Great location and super clean

The house is super clean and everything worked perfect. The neighbors are so nice and very friendly. All the beds were very comfy, the living room was really cozy and comfortable. This house is perfectly located! It only took us 3 to 5 minutes to get to the restaurant and the College MTSU for my daughters graduation. My whole family loved it and we will definitely stay here again.

Loved the house, would have preferred a different location

House was very clean, well stocked, and we couldn’t have been happier with the house itself. The house had many extras and was beautifully decorated. Our only complaint is the location. We did not feel very safe in the area, especially with young children. Every night we were woken up by sirens and it was off of a very busy street.

Holiday Stay

Good location plenty of restaurants very close. Home is clean well kept. Positives are larger room for master w attached bath. Second room also has attached bathroom. All TV have Fubo for free. Appliances are newer worked well. Washer needs a bleach cycle, mildew smell because lid is always closed. One important point the area is “loud” old house and definitely loud traffic noise. Neighbors are close need to put their dogs on leashes one puppy charged our dog but he was friendly good news there. Parking is tight as neighbors had 3 cars they were pushed over abit into house parking. Overall 4 stars probably 3-4. Price was abit high based on other VRBOs … new years most likely.

IN THE HEART OF MURFREESBORO, TN

We were looking for a property that we could have my Mother join us. She has a hard time with hotels mostly because they do not offer a private setting to sit down as a family and allow her to be able to enjoy without other distractions. This house was perfect. The ability to park close to the door for easy loading and unloading of the family and wonderful neighbors make this the ideal spot for security and privacy. The home is right next to the downtown circle (restaurants and University). The home was warm, extremely well decorated and ease of use for the entire family was wonderful. The property is everything the pictures show and more. The owner was very responsive and accessible-such a nice person to handle us. The entire stay was pleasant and when we come back that way from now on, I will be searching this property out for use. I would rate this property at the top of our experiences and we make a lot of trips across the US. If you are planning a trip to Murfreesboro, TN., you will be blessed to find this available.
