Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
*Place all used towels/wash clothes in bathtub.
*Throw all trash/food away in garbage bin outside of side door, and take to street if more than half full.(In front of the tree, wheels curbside)
*Unopened nonperishable food may be left on the counter for foodbank donation.
*Clean any cooking appliance used besides microwave and stove.
*Set thermostat to 75° (Summer) or 68° (Winter)
*Turn off all inside lights and fan.
*Turn on both porch lights
*Close all window blinds and curtains.
*Close both doors.
*Send a message letting me know that you have checked out. (check out is 10am)
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
