The Neighborhood: Conveniently located in one of the best neighborhoods in Breckenridge, you are within walking distance to the Four O'Clock Ski Run. The historic downtown is within a 15-minute bus ride, where you will have access to multiple restaurants, breweries, local markets, museums, and other entertainment options you won't want to miss.
Getting Around: From this lovely condo, you can easily walk to the Four O'Clock Ski Run located across the street. The Breck Free Ride bus is a convenient option, with the Gold Camp bus stop within a 6-minute walk from the condo. The Main Street trolley is also a great choice for wandering around historic downtown. Uber/Lyft are always available.
Other Things to Note: Please note that, like most homes in Breckenridge, this home does not have A/C.

Great condo for the money and we'd stay again. Everything was clean and well-maintained. The kitchen had everything we needed and the washer/dryer was nice to have, with detergent pods included. The master bath has heated floors which is a nice touch. Check in was really easy (coded lock) and check out required minimal effort. Pay attention to the fact that this is a 4th floor unit and no elevator, so getting luggage and groceries up is a bit of a chore. We kept skis in the car and put boots on in the parking lot which worked really well and kept bulky gear out of the condo, which is good because there's little room to store it (though I'd have felt comfortable leaving skis/board outside the front door and there's room to do that). A guide in the unit on how best to access to 4 O'Clock Run would have been helpful--it's not "across the street" but quite comfortably close. Only two of us stayed and four would still have been comfortable for sleeping/lounging. Five or more would have been tight.
