LOCATION IS FABULOUS! Ski, board, hike, fish, bike or relax! Take in the awesome mountain view and fresh air in this spacious two bedroom, two bath vacation condo. Walk out the door and start your hike, walk to town in 5-10 minutes or take the nearby free shuttle to the slopes or town. Seasonally there is great fishing and hiking close by as well as fabulous skiing/boarding at Breckenridge Ski Resort.
Property is conveniently located on the first floor of Ski & Racquet Club condos. The perfect getaway with covered parking just outside your door and enough room to sleep 7-8. Convenient free town shuttle is only steps away. The shuttle will take you to town or the slopes! And... if you don't want to take the free shuttle , it's only about a 5-10 minute walk to town.
Master bedroom has a comfortable king size bed , TV and private modern 3/4 bath with double sinks and walk in shower. Second bedroom has a full bed and bunk bed. Across the hall is a modern second bath with tub.
Need more room... use the pull out sofa in the living room or blow up mattress. Condo is complete with a full dining area, breakfast bar, and modern fully equipped kitchen for all that love to cook!
You will love the open space living area for gathering with friends or family. Enjoy streaming on the flat screen TV in main living area , the warm gas fireplace and great deck for apres with a grill and a mountain view!

After a full day of adventure, wind down at the clubhouse complex complete with NEW indoor pool, new hot tub, pool table, and sauna. In the warmer months play basketball, pickleball or volleyball on the outdoor courts, enjoy the kids play area or relax and sit around the clubhouse campfire.

Breckenridge is an outdoor playground with something for everyone. Besides great skiing , boarding, fishing, hiking and biking , town offers local shopping, history and delicious dining! This condo was a perfect getaway for our family of 7. It was in a great location, close to everything but far enough away you couldn't tell you were a 2 min drive to all of the shops. My kids loved the club house. The beds were very comfy. The host answered any question I had very promptly. The condo was equipped with everything we needed. Would definitely recommend.

Great stay!

Great property - we loved the view from the balcony and the secluded feel even though it was very close to town! The location to the bus stop could not have been better (literally steps from the condo). The bathrooms were really nicely updated.

Great Family Time in Breckenridge

Loved staying here. It was a wonderful place for our family of 5. Perfectly sized, great location close to downtown, very clean and the response time of the owners was wonderfully fast when reserving it! Stayed in some and hung out at the pool and hot tub and also ventured out downtown.

Excellent space for a long ski weekend. Linda was incredibly helpful with all of our questions. The unit is steps away from the shuttle stop, which made access to the mountain and downtown very easy.

It was very clean and had everything we needed! It was a short walk to downtown or you could hop on the bus. Communication was super easy and quick responses. Would stay here again if we come back to breck!

Great location with a great price

We loved staying here. It was close to downtown and the mountain. We were able to take a shuttle about 50 feet from the door which made it super convenient. We went to the hot tub which was great - it is about a 5 mins walk so bring warm clothes to get there and back. The bedrooms and bathrooms were recently redone and looked super nice! Loved our stay and location!

Lovely Condo with EVERYTHING!

Linda was a great host with wonderful communication. The condo had everything we needed. It is spacious, clean, comfortable beds and an easy walk to town. The bus stop is so close and it drops off at Beaver Run lift. We enjoyed the hot tub and steam sauna. Hope to stay there again.

Terrific Condo

We had a fabulous time in your adorable condo. It was roomy, clean and comfortable. I have rented other places and I have to say that your place is hooked up with nice amenities; such as .. nice towels, great dishes, pots,mugs, wine glasses, pans and glass salad bowls,etc. Some places just have plastic wear and I appreciate the better quality items for your guests to use. The convenient shuttle service can't be beat. Great view of the mountain as well. We loved this place, the skiing, the town, everything. We didn't want to leave and can't wait to return to your condo. Will definitely recommend to others. Thanks for everything.

Clean, Comfortable and Convenient

Hosts were great. Very promptly responsive to all communications. Unit was clean, comfortable, well furnished and well equipped. Everything worked properly. No issues with heat or hot water. Plenty of space for our family of four. We used the lower bunk of the bunk bed and it was remarkably comfortable as were all other beds. There is no laundry in unit but there is a well maintained, coin operated, laundry room just steps away in a separate unit. The bus stop for the “free ride” shuttle bus to downtown and ski mountain bases is also just steps away from this unit. The bus was incredibly convenient and useful and it came by very frequently (every 15-20 minutes or so). This rental exceeded our expectations and would absolutely stay again if we ever return to Breckenridge.

A cozy condo stay in Breckenridge!

We had a great time in Breckenridge and Frisco and this condo was the perfect base for our 3 day adventure. The master bedroom with king bed is nice sized, and lots of countertop room in the bathroom. The second bedroom with bunk bed and full bed as well as second bathroom was good-sized for another family. The warm family room with fireplace and board games with open dining room was a nice gathering place with view out the back to the snowy field between buildings. We used the kitchen for breakfast making, and it was great. Our only problem was that century link internet was down the entire trip - we saw vans and workers from century link internet 2 of the 3 days working on some equipment off the main road, and our devices could not connect to the internet. Oh, and the forced air heater did make quite a lot of noise when it was on, but it worked well. We drove to the clubhouse one night for a quick dip in the pool and hot tub - it was nice and not too crowded. I would amend the directions to find the clubhouse just a bit to add that once turning rignt from the main road, to turn right again and then keep to the left, passing the bivouac to the right and follow the road slightly uphill. It took us a while to find the building!

Very good condo with great views of mtns!

Really good experience at this condo with just a couple of disappointments. The views of the mountains are as described. Disappointed that there was construction right behind us when sitting on the deck, but that won’t be there for long. There is some road noise from CO-9, so if you want complete quiet, choose somewhere else. However, in other places you won’t have the views this condo has. It really is easy to walk to town. The sidewalk is right on CO-9, but we felt safe. The bus route is the gray route. The chalkboard in the condo says “brown” but there isn’t a brown route to take. Use the app as they suggest. Very helpful. The beds were all very comfortable; the redone bathrooms top notch. The kitchen was one of the best stocked we’ve ever stayed in. Very helpful to have so many everyday items including utensils and towels! Easy check in and easy getting into and out of condo with our stuff. We enjoyed the fireplace too in the cool mountain mornings. The condo was very average in cleanliness when we arrived. This is a cleaning company issue, not an issue with the owners and we’re sharing more specifics with them. I would anticipate things being different for others based on how Linda cares for the condo with what is in her control. Overall we would choose this condo again because of the location, views, beds and bathrooms.

Home was clean and very comfortable...any questions we had were answered in an organized notebook. We loved the well-supplied kitchen and the deck at the back. Watched a mama and baby moose meander by one morning. Condo is in a great location! Just a bit away from the main part of town so it was quiet, but within walking distance.

This was the perfect spot for our family with 3 kids (16, 13, 11). The accommodations were perfect and proximity to town was ideal. The kids took advantage of the indoor pool and basketball court! We will be back!!

The condo is roomy and well kept. Located on the first floor for easy access. Your car is just outside the door with covered parking for one. The location is fabulous! You won't have to go far to ski, board, hike, bike, fish, shop, dine out and more ! Just a 5-10 minute walk to town or take the free shuttle bus that is only a short walk away.The large deck offers a grill and a great mountain view. The clubhouse adds an indoor heated pool,hot tub, pool table and meeting area. Bring you sports equipment. There is also an outdoor basketball court, tennis court, pickleball and volleyball court.
