An Excellent Stay

I am someone who reads reviews before I rent property, and I must say, many of the negative reviews of this place are totally off base. The location was fantastic, and the property is absolutely beautiful. Yes, it is older. It was built in 1971. However, the owners have done a fantastic job of updating it to a reasonable level. It is definitely like staying in someone’s home, not staying at the Waldorf…which my family found very comfortable. The space was more than adequate for my family of five and was in the perfect location to access downtown Breckenridge and the surrounding areas. The property was clean and had every amenity that we would desire. Additionally, there was a small problem with the garbage disposal, and that was fixed immediately by the property management maintenance team. I simply cannot say enough positive things about the responsiveness of the owners and our stay at the location. Thank you.

Breckenridge Tamarisk Condo

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Good location near town, comfortable and clean, dated but cute condo. Super small kitchen, bed in primary bedroom not so comfortable, only one small old tv.
