Great location

This apartment is right on the beach do the location was great. Only issue for future bookers is that the lift does not work and looks like it has not worked for a long time and this apartment is on the second floor

Beau panorama, balcon bien orienté, appartement à proximité de la rue piétonne, idéal pour le shopping. Seul problème : un ascenseur rouillé qui ne fonctionne plus.

Das Appartement war sauber und wie auf den Fotos. Es mangelte an nichts, es gab die beste Ausstattung, die ich seit langem hatte. Ausreichend Teller, Schüsseln, Gläser und Besteck sowie weitere Küchenutensielien und Geräte (sogar eine elektronische Citruspresse).Die Betten waren soweit in Ordnung, nur der Balkon war etwas klein, und die Stühle sehr unbequem (sind nicht die Holzstühle auf dem Foto).Dass der Fahrstuhl nicht funktionierte, war mir bereits bewusst durch die vorherigen Bewertungen. Trotzdem war ich etwas geschockt von dessen Zustand - total verrostet. Hier könnte man mit einer einfachen Spanplatte davor viel erreichen. Auch unsere Wohnungstür hatte starke Rostflecken, und so hatten wir schon die schlimmsten Befürchtungen für die Wohnung - diese wurden allerdings zum Glück nicht erfüllt.Da die Schlafzimmer nach hinten zum Laubengang und zur Straße liegen, kann es hier Nachts und früh morgens schon einmal etwas lauter werden. Es war aber auszuhalten. Der Blick vom Balkon ist super.Anders als in der Beschreibung angegeben, gibt es allerdings kein deutsches Fernsehen (was ja nicht schlimm ist, aber dann sollte man das rausnehmen).Die Mitarbeiter vom Vermietungsbüro waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, auch wenn es manchmal kleine Verständigungsprobleme gab.

Einzigartiger Blick

Positiv: Hervorragender Meerblick, kurze Wege zum Strand, gut ausgestattete Küche, ideale Lage um ohne Auto Besorgungen zu machen, ins Restaurant zu gehen. Negativ: Wer es mag, Matratze im Ehebett „bretthart“, jeden Tag ab Mitternacht Musik aus der Disko, bis in die Morgenstunden, inkl. grölende Jugendliche auf dem Heimweg, Tisch auf dem Balkon könnte, um dort gut Essen zu können größer sein. Fahrstuhl wird wohl nie wieder in Betrieb genommen.

Appart baigné de lumière et vue océan

Un très agréable séjour dans ce logement rénové avec goût. Simple et lumineux, il est très bien équipé (électroménagèr, vaisselles, canapé confortable, lit 160, ...) bénéficie d une superbe vue sur l'océan et sur le coucher de soleil. Les chambres sont spacieuses, et équipées de rangements pratiques. On pose la voiture et on profite à pied et à vélo. Place de parking privée (non abritée mais plein centre, portail électrique) et box pour vélos ou surfs ... réservé à l'appartement.

Un place de parking est prévue, et vous permets de laisser la voiture et de vous déplace a pied depuis l'appartement qui est idéalement situé. Juste un petit bémol, la porte d'entrée de l'appartement est pleine de point de rouille a l'extérieur et l'on regrette (pour les valises) que l'ascenseur soit non fonctionnel.

Vue et situation exceptionnelles

On peut tout faire à pied et profiter de la vue sur l'océan. Top! Idéal pour 3. Les apparts ne sont pas bien insonorisés et on entend fort ce qui se passe dehors. Pour le ménage, c'est le minimum qui est réalisé, pour qu'au 1er abord, ça paraisse propre. A améliorer...Et oui, les placards des chambres et de la cuisine, ça se nettoie aussi! Le réservoir de l'aspirateur peut se vider... Une latte du petit lit manque. Les éléments métalliques rouillés sont à changer (poubelle SDB, planche WC).

Détente,farniente...que du bonheur!

Vue splendide sur l'océan et ses marées Coucher de soleil...champagne!!! Idéal pour les amoureux... Plage la plus proche à 3mn en tongs Des km de plages presque désertes les petites boutiques à prix abordables (coup de coeur "onglerie Agnès" et le resto "Le bistrot") l'appart tres spacieux et bien équipé et bien sûr l'accueil très sympathique de l'équipe Interhome!

Face à la mer

Appartement propre et fonctionel. Superbe vue. Nous reviendrons sûrement mais pas en plein été. Les chambres donnent sur l'escalier extérieur donc attention au bruit.

superbe séjour

excellent emplacement avec superbe vue sur l'océan et canal du port qui monte et descend au rythme des marrées. appartement refait à neuf, très bien équipé. personnel de l'agence interhome à mimizan-plages super aimable et très professionnel, remise des clés et explications du déroulement du séjour parfaites. attention : ascenseur non fonctionnel si personne à mobilité réduite
