Ideal accommodation for the Festival
The property was beautiful, as described, and the hosts were kind, thoughtful and very prompt in communication.
Guests have the use of the entire top floor of the house, with a well-supplied kitchen and modern bathroom. There is good wifi.
The property is just 7 minutes' walk from the Festspielhaus: if you leave when you hear the fanfares through the open window, you will be in time (and you can return between the acts). The town centre is around 15 minutes' walk there are several supermarkets nearby.
We would highly recommend this property and Bayreuth as a destination.

Sehr geschmackvoll und gemütlich eingerichtete Ferienwohnung in erstklassiger Lage von Bayreuth
Wir haben uns in dieser schönen Ferienwohnung sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Gartenstadt ist eine schöne, ruhige, grüne Oase unweit vom grünen Hügel mit Wald für Wanderungen und Pilze suchen ;)

Die Fewo ist hübsch eingerichtet und bestens
ausgestattet. Man hat wunderschöne
Ausblicke.
Das Bad ist sehr schick renoviert.
Für Festspielbesucher ist die Lage optimal:
man läuft ca. 7 Minuten bis zum Festspiel-
haus.

Charmante Wohnung in wunderbarer Lage
Charmante und gemütliche Ferienwohnung, die wir bei unserem nächsten Aufenthalt sehr gerne wieder mieten würden! Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, die Entfernung zur Stadt und zum grünen Hügel ist optimal und beides gut zu Fuß zu erreichen. Eine wunderschöne Wohngegend, ruhig, grün und eine liebevoll, praktisch und schön eingerichtete Wohnung. Herzlichen Dank an unsere netten und hilfsbereiten Vermieter!

Sehr stilvoll und gemütlich!
Die Dachgeschosswohnung befindet sich in unmittelbarer Nähe des Festspielhügels in einem sehr ruhigen Wohngebiet. Die Zimmer sind auf sehr persönliche Art ausgesprochen stilvoll und gemütlich eingerichtet. Das Duschbad ist ganz neu renoviert und mit sehr ansprechenden Designobjekten (Glas-Duschkabine) ausgestattet. Man fühlt sich sofort wie zuhause. Da sowohl das Festspielhaus in knapp 10 als auch die Bayreuther Altstadt in ca. 15 Min. zu Fuß erreichbar sind, kann die Wohnlage nur als perfekt bezeichnet werden. Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt und werden diese Wohnung bei unserem nächsten Aufenthalt in Bayreuth auf jeden Fall wieder mieten!
