This accommodation offers you: An Entrance with parquet and wardrobe (ironing board, vacuum cleaner, mop, etc.), A Cabin with bunk beds 90cm x 2 with window and blackout curtain on the walkway side.

On the Night side, a bedroom with a 160cm bed, storage wardrobe, window and blackout curtain on the walkway side. A Bathroom with bathtub, washbasin, towel dryer and hairdryer. A bright living area with Television, Wifi, convertible sofa 140cm and its fitted open-plan kitchen: microwave, dishwasher, 4 ceramic hobs, extractor hood, fridge/freezer, Dolce Gusto and traditional coffee maker, toaster, storage, table with 6 chairs...

All overlooking a West-facing balcony with a view of the residence's swimming pool, fitted with garden furniture and plants.

Accommodation located on the 1st floor with lift with private parking space No. 35 in the basement of the residence.

Secure residence with access code, underground parking and collective bicycle storage.

The residence has a laundry room and a SPA with services by appointment.

Accommodation for 4 people including sheets, towels, tea towels. Our animal friends are not accepted.

Residence located just 50m from beach access, 600m from shops, pedestrian walkway, market square, ideal for water's edge holidays. Accommodation only for a family with children.

Additional: End of stay cleaning mandatory and to be paid on site for 65 €.

Tout ! L’appartement est idĂ©alement situĂ© pour des vacances sans voiture. La rĂ©sidence est trĂšs agrĂ©able et trĂšs bien entretenue (piscine hyper propre). L’appartement est spacieux, trĂšs cosy, trĂšs bien Ă©quipĂ© et confortable. Nous avions pris l’option draps et serviettes, tout Ă©tait parfait. Mention spĂ©ciale pour le personnel de l’agence La Landaise au top !! Rien tout Ă©tait parfait pour nous.
