This lovely 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom Hilton Head, SC condo rental is a private villa with beautiful views from every room. 1852 Beachside Tennis is bright and cheery with lots of natural light and beach décor.

There are white tiled floors in the foyer, hall, and kitchen while the rest of the villa is carpeted. To the right of the entrance, in the hall closet, is the washer and dryer. At the end of this hall is a large master suite with a king bed, blue love seat, mounted 50” TV and stunning views of the Sound and pool. The sliding door opens to a covered balcony where there is a high-top table for two. A great place to have your morning coffee! This bedroom has a private bathroom with a double vanity and a walk-in shower.

To the left of the entrance is the other bedroom. This room has two queen beds, a chair and a 22” TV. The sliding door opens to a covered balcony with a high-top table for four. Enjoy the same beautiful views of the Sound from this room as you do from the rest of the villa. The adjacent bathroom can be accessed from the hall or bedroom and has a double vanity and tub/shower combo.

The open concept living area has a panoramic view of the Calibogue Sound. The fully equipped kitchen has stainless steel appliances including a flat top stove and two stools at the countertop. The adjacent dining room has a table for six and a wooden bookcase full of beach accents, games, and puzzles. In the living room you will find a blue/gray queen sleeper sofa, two accent swivel chairs, a leather chair and a 55” mounted TV. The sliding doors open to the wraparound covered balcony shared with the master suite. Sit with a cold drink and watch the dolphins playing in the surf or enjoy quiet, peaceful surroundings with unequaled serenity.

A large beachside swimming pool and propane gas grilling area are available to guests. Located in the highly desirable South Beach Marina area, this villa is just a short walk to the famous Salty Dog Café, shopping, dining, boating, and nightly entertainment.
