In the house: internet access. Parking at the house on the premises. Shop 4 km, restaurant 1 km, bus stop 4 km, railway station 33 km, pebble beach 17 km. Tennis 16 km, sports centre 16 km, walking paths from the house 1 km, cycle lane 1 km. Nearby attractions: Aquapark 19 km.
"Istriana", 4-room terraced house 145 m2 on 3 levels. Beautiful and cosy furnishings: living/dining room 45 m2 with satellite TV (flat screen), DVD and air conditioning. Exit to the garden, to the terrace. Open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine). Exit to the terrace. Sep. WC. Upper floor: 1 room with Dressing room with 2 beds (90 cm, length 200 cm), bath/WC and air conditioning. 1 room with 1 french bed (160 cm, length 200 cm), shower/WC and air conditioning. 2nd upper floor: 1 room 25 m2 with 1 french bed (160 cm, length 200 cm), bath/bidet/WC and air conditioning. Traumurlaub

Das Objekt liegt ziemlich abgeschieden, ohne Auto daher sehr. Unpraktisch. Aber zur Erholung einfach nur ein Traum. Die Ausstattung des Hauses ist super und alles ist sehr großzügig. Der Blick vom Balkon im Schlafzimmer reicht bis zum Meer.

Sehr schönes "Reihen-Mittelhaus"

Sehr schönes Haus, alles wie beschrieben, nur nicht das es sich um ein Reihenmittelhaus handelt. Ein Mittelhaus hätten wir nicht gebucht. Sehr hellhörig, von beiden Seiten, die Nachbarn hörten mit Sicherheit auch uns. Durchfahrtstraße vorm Haus! Willenlose Raserei,es gibt keine Begrenzung.Gefährlich für Familien mit kleinen Kindern und Tiere. Pool top, sehr gepflegt. Nur die Liegen müssten erneuert werden. Sehr abgelegen, daher Auto ein Muß. Einkaufen im Ort Bujie möglich.

Es war ein schöner Urlaub

Das Haus war wie beschrieben, nur fehlt in der Beschreibung, das es sich um ein Reihenmittelhaus und nicht um ein Doppelhaus handelt. Leider sehr hellhörig, von beiden Seiten hörte man die Nachbarn egal in welchem Zimmer sie waren und die auch mit Sicherheit uns. Die Straße vorm Haus morgens und abends sehr befahren, von Urlaubern die auch im Gebiet wohnen und vor allem von Einheimischen, die dann teils mit 70 Stundenkilometer am Haus vorbei rasten! Man braucht auf jeden Fall ein Auto, da sehr abgelegen! Toller Pool, sauber, nur die Liegen, die müssten zum Teil erneuert werden, aber das ist jammern auf hohem Niveau :-). Ansonsten waren wir sehr zufrieden und konnten die Zeit genießen.

Einziges Manko: In einem Schlafzimmer hat die Klimaanlage nicht funktioniert, sollte repariert werden, was leider nicht erfolgte. Schade. Die quietschenden Türen haben wir selber geölt :-)

Fantastischer Urlaub in Istrien

Sehr gute Unterkunft. Total ruhig gelegen. Man sieht das Meer und kann in die Berge des Hinterlandes schauen. Die Betreuung war sehr gut. Es gab Ausflugtipps und Fragen wurden schnell und rund um die Uhr beantwortet. Jederzeit gerne wieder.

Wir hatten eine sehr schönen Urlaub in absoluter Ruhe . Für diese Unterkunft muss allerdings eine KFZ vorhanden sein . Vielen Dank auch an I., die uns ein paar wirkliche tolle Tipps gegeben hat . Wir werden mit Sicherheit wiederkommen. Wir sind nicht nur von der Unterkunft begeistert gewesen ,sondern auch und vor allem von Land, Leuten , Essen und Trinken . Viele Grüße C. und F. B.

Traumhaus

Wir verbrachten eine herrliche Woche in dem modernen, komfortablen und großzügigen Ferienhaus. Es entspricht alles der Beschreibung, der Pool war nicht nur für die Kinder beliebt. Der Ausblick von beiden Terrassen über die Toskana-ähnliche Landschaft ein Traum. Die Haus ist herrlich ruhig gelegen. Jedoch sind Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Restaurants und viele schöne Ausflugsziele innerhalb kurzer Zeit zu erreichen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und können das Haus uneingeschränkt empfehlen.

Schöne Aussicht

Das Haus ist sauber, sehr gut ausgestattet und in Juli/August gut kühl auch mit ausgeschaltet Klimaanlage. Eine tolle Aussicht in die Landschaft jeden Morgen ist ein Traum. Ist auf jeden Fall empfehlenswert.

Ein wunderschönes gepflegtes Haus in ruhiger Lage einfach ein Traum. Man wacht frühs auf und sieht einfach nur aufs Tal hinab. Die ganzen Oleander Pflanzen um den Pool ein Traum. Im ganzen ein wunderschöner ruhiger Urlaub.

Großartiges Haus mit fantastischen Ausblick

Das Haus ist das mittlere eines aus drei Häusern bestehenden Reihenhausensembles. Dieses verfügt über einen Gemeinschaftspool. In der verkehrsarmen Sackgasse befinden sich noch einige ähnliche Ensembles. Das Haus wirkt sehr neuwertig und verfügt über eine sehr geschmackvolle und hochwertige Innenaustattung. Das Platzangebot ist großartig. Tolle Raumaufteilung. Mehrere Terassen bieten einen tollen Blick ins Mirnatal. Wunderbar zum Entschleunigen! Jederzeit wieder.

Fantastisch vakantiehuis

Wanneer je de foto's ziet, denk je: wauw wat mooi, in het het echt is het werkelijk als op de foto's. Heel mooi groot huis met volledig ingerichte keuken, wasmachine. 3 slaapkamers, 3 badkamers. Alles is perfect schoon. Mooi zwembad met ligstoelen, ook dit ziet er fantastisch uit. Dicht bij het plaatsje Buje, wat ook gezellig is en nog niet zo toeristisch als bv de grote steden Porec en Rovinje. Mooie omgeving, heerlijk rustig. Echt een aanrader!
