Updated split-level modern home, close to the University of Illinois, Memorial Stadium, State Farm Center, Research Park, great restaurants, grocery stores and it`s a quick 5 minute drive to Downtown. The home has 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, with over 2800 sq ft on a quiet cul-de-sac.
The home is great for entertaining or large groups with its split level modern feel. Guest will have access to the entire home. The home features three bedrooms (1 king bed and 2 queen beds), two bathrooms, kitchen, dining and living room on the upper level while the lower level has two more additional bedrooms (2 queen beds), one bathroom, laundry room and a family room that has a wet bar in it. Additional queen air mattresses available upon request for any booking over 10 guests. The home also offers Bose sound system throughout, smart lighting, smart TV`s, apple TV and WiFI.
The entire home is open to guests.

The house offers plenty of parking in the driveway and on the street. The bus runs near by and it’s easy for Uber and Lyft to find.

The home is spacious and comfortable featuring four queen mattresses and one king but can hold more then ten guests if needed and arranged ahead of time. No parties or large events can be held at this time in the home due to Covid regulations.

Yearly Friend Get-Away

Very relaxing! Lots of time visiting on the patio, at the dining room table, laughing, talking, playing games and reminiscing. Modern on Monterey is very well stocked with paper products for the keurig etc. We shopped at Art Mart, Fern & Flora, Bella Mia, spent an afternoon at Aikman Wildlife Refuge, ate at Yoders in Arther and Sun Singer in Champaign. Great shopping on Windsor St. which is close by. We loved Modern on Monterey and had a great time.

House for wedding stay

We were in town for our niece's wedding. this place had multiple bathrooms and bedrooms which was necessary for us all to get ready at the same time. The host Kenneth was responsive and allowed our younger daughter and son in-law to check in a little early. We had a great time.
