Comfortable for 4 adults. Super location with easy walkability to down town Highlands. Fresh paint and new carpet would go a long way in lifting this property up.
Great location, clean rooms, lovely common areas to congregate with friends. The only negative was the hot water in the upstairs bathroom, specifically the bathtub. The other bathrooms worked just fine!

Thanks for your feedback Hadley! We will certainly look into what's going on with the upstairs tub. We're glad you enjoyed your stay and hope to see you on future trips to Highlands
The cabin is located 2 blocks over from downtown, but right on Mill Creek. Our two kids and dog loved playing in the creek. The cabin is located within walking distance to downtown and short driving distance to many of the waterfalls.

Thanks Seth! We're so glad you and your family enjoyed your visit to this home :-)
We had a lovely stay at this house that is literally 2 minute walk from the main street in Highlands. Beautiful quiet location with a creek right outside the back door. Screened in porch allows a quiet relaxing place to sit and listen to the water sounds. A bit dated bathrooms but very clean and well appointed. Property manager was VERY accommodating and extremely responsive. Would definitely stay again!

Thank you so much Jenny! We appreciate your feedback and hope to see you again in Highlands ^-^
Wonderful location, short walk to Main Street. Very open and clean, we were four adults and we felt very comfortable and not crowded. Well stocked kitchen with extras such as seasonings and plenty of utensils and cookware. The beautiful sounds of water flowing in the creek heard from the deck and screened porch were nice. It was also nice to be able to bring our dogs with us! Highly recommended.

The location of this home is great-walking distance to shops and restaurants. Good communication with the rental company when we had a problem with the downstairs A/C, but no resolution while we were there. It was ok since it was cool out. The house is big with lots of room, and the back porch has a beautiful view of the river.

Thank you Wendy! That portable unit actually needs to be removed since there is Central AC in the house now, so we have arranged for that with our maintenance team. We appreciate your feedback and are happy you enjoyed your stay!
This home is close to town and has a nice back porch where you can hear the river, however, you cannot access the river because the lower part is grown up in vines. We were uneasy because the bottom level of home was not accessible to us.(but could be by someone else) Home did not have a designated parking spot. We had to walk to front of drive /road at office so our dogs would have a place to potty or down the street at dog park. I do not feel this is a dog friendly property because of this, especially at night.

Thank you for your feedback! The lowest level of the home is a fully separate apartment that is for owner use only, so not accessible to guests and it does not have any access into the main house. We do maintain the side yard and access to the lower deck, but the only path directly to the river is across the neighboring homes' yard and not included in the listing. We are working on a solution to make parking access more open and clear. We are glad you enjoyed the home and appreciate the honest feedback on your experience! Feel free to reach out to our office if you have any additional questions/concerns.
Enjoyed our stay at Witts End. House was spacious and clean. Fireplace was lovely. I would stay there again. however, for what it costs the driveway and parking area are lacking. One way drive way makes coming and going tricky as there are multiple units along the drive, and parking spaces are limited and tight. It is also not paved, we happened to be there when there was a couple days of rain and it was quite muddy and you couldn't get in or out of your car without stepping in mud or water puddles, not so good for the footwear. Also, the tv situation in the bedrooms could be better, our room had a vintage computer monitor connected to dish network. In the modern era it's standard to have larger, and smart tv's, would've been nice to have better tv setup.

Thanks for your feedback Heather! The owners of Mill Creek have acknowledged that the road needs attention and are working together to have it re-graded to manage the water buildup/runoff and make access to the homes easier. We'll bring your TV suggestions up to the owner as well. We're glad you enjoyed your stay either way!
