The comfortably furnished apartment has a living room with couch and TV. The apartment is completely tiled. The kitchenette in the living room is ideal for cooking for the family (no oven, no dishwasher). In the two bedrooms there is a double bed with a size of 160x200. As well as the bathroom with shower and separate toilet, the apartment has a cozy seating area with barbecue in the garden and a sunny lawn for relaxation. The bed linen is included. Please bring your own towels.
Kölpinsee has been popular as a seaside resort for generations. Due to its central location on the island of Usedom, this place is an ideal starting point for various excursions. In Kölpinsee you will find restaurants, a fish smokehouse, a supermarket, a general practitioner, a riding stable and a bike rental, as well as a stop of the Usedomer Bäderbahn and a Heimatstube. In the centrally located "House of the guest" are the spa administration and a library. The comfortably furnished apartment is located in the basement of the house of the landlord. The property is idyllically situated on the edge of the forest. A terrace in the garden invites you to linger. The beach is about 300 meters.
