Welcome to Breeze, a beautifully updated beach cottage in the Beach Nest community of Blue Mountain Beach. You're just steps from the pool and minutes from the beach with a stay at this retreat. Walk in to the open concept main floor where you can rest, relax, dine and entertain.

This home has everything you need for a wonderful 30A vacation. All 3 bedrooms are upstairs and the sofa in the living room pulls out to a queen bed. Breeze can sleep up to 8 guests.

2nd Floor, Bedroom 1: King bed, balcony access and private bathroom with dual vanities.
2nd Floor, Bedroom 2; Queen bed.
2nd Floor, Bedroom 3: Twin bunk with twin trundle.
Sleeper sofa in the living room.

Head down Asher turning right on Satinwood. Cross 30A and head east, turning right on Gulfview. Take this down to your beach access.

For each bathroom it includes: 1 roll of toilet paper, 1 set of soap/body wash/shampoo/conditioner/lotion. For towels you will receive: 1 body towel/1 washcloth per guest and 2 hand towels per bathroom, plus 2 washing machine pods.

We had a wonderful time at this property! It was very clean and in a great location. Our pup was able to see the beach for the first time and had a blast going on walks along 30A. Would highly recommend staying at this place!

Great location!

The place was clean and one house away from the pool which was awesome. They have a gas grill and chairs in the backyard which was a pleasant surprise since it wasn’t listed. The beds were comfortable. Note the amount the items they say they provide is it. So grab extra toilet paper! Which is to be expected but they did skimp on the cooking utensils. It’s an easy walk to the beach even with 2 kiddos. Several restaurants, ice cream and bike rental in walking distance. We enjoyed our stay.

Reviewer Comments: This is our favourite part of the 30a- away from business of Seaside, but close enough to great happy hours and restaurants and of course the beach. And this is a great house- better condition than most rentals- fresh paint, new furniture, nice beds - all good. Also great to have a grill. But surprisingly missing a few kitchen basics and extra blankets/throws for cooler evenings. Surprised that there were only 2 drinking glasses, 2 wine glasses, no roasting pan or sheet pans for oven, and no extra blankets or throws anywhere. This is a pretty high end house- owners just need to be more cognizant of missing necessities and better equip the house for renters.

Location great but small details missed

Location was great. Extremely friendly area for families and short walking distance to nice restaurants. Great food. The beach was just wonderful and we saw lots of wildlife in the ocean. The property upon arrival was not as clean as I hoped. Oven has some small pieces of food, the big mirror had smears of finger and hand prints, the kitchen counter was not that clean, and the dishwasher was full of dishes that were clean but we had to put them away, the back yard and grill were awful The TV in the living room didn’t have a working remote, and the guest bedroom remote was downstairs and the bunk bed remote was in the master. It took us a while to piece it together. The queen room also had the door handle pulled off and would not stay on and the bunk bed room did not have working lights. So our first night we had to go buy lights for the bunk bedroom and install them, go buy cleaning supplies and clean, empty a dishwasher, and watch TV on a laptop as a family due to the non working remote downstairs. We messaged the property manager and they sent someone to fix the door but never the TV situation, after multiple messages, so we stopped and just dealt with it. Also for three days there was sewage coming out of a manhole cover going into the storm drain which other properties complained about as well and someone finally pumped it out. I have no clue what that was about. But the smell made it impossible to enjoy the porch and the pool until it was resolved.

Beautiful Beach House in Blue Mountain Beach

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall this property is beautiful! Very clean and a great open first floor for kitchen, living room, and dining room. We especially loved the font porch and second floor porch. It is about 10 minutes walking to the beach, or an easy 2-3 minute bike ride. You do have to cross 30A highway to get to beach so be aware of that. Highly recommend renting bikes if you stay at this property. Nice restaurants nearby include Local Catch seafood (walking distance) Red fish taco (biking distance - 2 miles), and Pecan Jacks for ice cream- 1 mile. A few suggestions for the house- please include more cooking supplies. There are no baking sheets or pans for oven. There is also nothing in the way of spices/plastic wrap/cooking oils/etc so be prepared to bring every single item for the kitchen you would need. The oven fan takes a long time to cool down and turn off after using oven so be aware of that. The AC is kind of touch and go and we had some issues with it. It is advertised that a grill is included in property but there was no grill to be found. Lastly, we experienced very poor service from Benchmark properties rental services when we had an issue with one of our bike rentals. Unrelated to house issues but overall disappointed in the customer service provided by Benchmark.

Stairway not in code!

I question on VRBO if there was a bedroom on the first floor. Never heard back from property. Got busy and did not follow up. Upon arrival there was no bedroom on the first floor but decided to give it a try. My husband is handicap and walks with a walker. He is also on Hospice. The first night we gave it a try unfortunately the steps were too shallow for his feet. The last three steps did not have have access to a handrail. (I have video to show the complications) I called the management company a couple of times and they were not willing to resolve the issue. They hide behind the answering service They were not willing to switch us to a property with a 1st floor bedroom which they had one across the street from us. They were not willing to give us our money back for us to find us a safer property. I even asked if they would install a hand rail but they said the pictures showed a handrail. They were not willing to come out and see the situation. They would never call me back in order to resolve the situation. After my nerves could not take the fear of our safety anymore we left the property. I informed them that we left and they still did not respond. POOR POOR Management!How do I go about trying to get any of my money back from these guys?
