Stay in this exceptional 600 m² property on a 2.5-hectare wooded park equipped with a swimming pool, a sauna, a tennis court and which can accommodate up to 14 people.
THE LIVING SPACE
You enter the house through a magnificent cathedral entrance leading to a large living room opening onto the 1st terrace and the park. A more intimate TV lounge is at your disposal as well as a large kitchen/dining room area equipped with two dishwashers, two ovens, two cookers, a barbecue and two large dining tables. Enjoy your breakfast or your aperitif at sunset on the third terrace equipped with a barbecue enjoying a beautiful view of the sea.
A scullery/laundry room is also available.
Upstairs you will find a lounge area and playroom for children.
A caretaker’s house is located at the entrance to the property.
THE BEDROOMS
On the ground floor, the master suite equipped with a desk, a Queensize bed, a dressing room, a bathroom with bathtub and shower and a sauna gives direct access to a sunny terrace area. A second double bedroom (2 twin beds or a double bed) is equipped with a shower room and a toilet.
Upstairs, a first space gives access to 3 double bedrooms (2 twin beds or double bed) and 2 bathrooms with bathtub and shower.
On the playroom side, you will find a bedroom with 2 twin beds and a bedroom with 4 single beds sharing a bathroom with bathtub and shower.
