Perfect neighborhood home

We really enjoyed our stay at Aviator Den in Alamogordo. This home is located in a beautiful, quiet neighborhood with easy access to all local attractions. The back yard has stunning mountain views and a nice patio. Check in process was seamless and the property manager did an OUTSTANDING job communicating with us throughout our stay. When we had a couple of questions, she was super responsive, courteous, professional. Great overall experience for our 4 day stay.

Great location and yard for dog

We enjoyed the location on the edge of town, near the Space Museum. Our dog loved running around the large backyard.

Great Time in Alamogordo!

My husband and I traveled with another couple to Alamogordo for a 10 day vacation to tour White Sands National Park and the surrounding area. The 10th Street house was old but nice enough, it just needs a little attention and some repair. The manager was immediately responsive to any need we had and offered suggestions for local attractions and eating out. We ate at the Brown Bag Deli for lunch several times and highly recommend it. When we traveled to Cloudcroft, we experienced eating at Mad Jack’s Mountaintop BBQ, which is extremely popular with the locals as evidenced by the long line spilling out the door and onto the front porch. On the way to Cloudcroft, don’t miss the Apple Barn, a quaint gift shop filled with wonderful items, ice cream and fudge. We also enjoyed eating at Y’all’s Steakhouse in town – delicious! We visited White Sands National Park and went back for the Sunset Stroll – don’t miss this! We were in town during one of the special performances at the Flickering Center – Masters of Soul. It was a GREAT show. We toured the Space History Museum and traveled 3 hours away in order to see Carlsbad Caverns, which was quite spectacular. All in all, we had a wonderful time in Alamogordo and will treasure the memories for years to come.
