We welcome you to this comfortable 19th-century family home, completely renovated in 2023 with quality materials. Electric vehicle battery charging is available.
On the ground floor, there is a living room overlooking the park, a large kitchen, a bedroom with a queen-size bed (160x200cm), a shower room, and a separate toilet.
Upstairs, there is a bedroom with a queen-size bed (160x200cm), a second bedroom with two single beds, and a bathroom with a bathtub and toilet. It sleeps 6.
The kitchen is fully equipped.

3 minutes away, go canoeing on the Loire with "Canoë Evasion" or take your little ones to O'Parc, an amusement park. Access the famous La Loire à Vélo cycle path 500 meters away. Visit Guédelon, a historic medieval construction site with a magnificent park and numerous workshops for children (tree climbing, play areas, go-karting, paintball).
Visit the 15th-century Château de Buranlure 3 km away. The vineyards of Sancerre and Pouilly-sur-Loire (visit and wine tasting with the winemakers and the famous Crottins de Chavignol) are 15 km away. Also consider Gien and its museum, Briare with the famous canal bridge built by Eiffel.
