13 Atlantic Beach Court is a lovely 5 bedroom, 4 bathroom Kiawah Island vacation home in the popular Atlantic Beach neighborhood of East Beach Village. Boasting 2,460 sq feet, this family home offers an outdoor deck and BBQ grill, screened porch, tranquil golf and lagoon views, a community pool and easy access to Kiawah Island’s beautiful beaches and golf courses.

The first floor offers an open floor plan with the living, kitchen and dining areas, as well as two bedrooms. The master bedroom includes a king bed, flat screen TV, private bath with his & her sinks, walk in shower and soaking tub. The bunk bed bedroom has a double on the bottom, twin on top and shares a bath with the hall.

Three additional bedrooms are located on the second level along with two bathrooms, a small TV den and balcony overlooking Turtle Point’s 13th green. One offers a king bed, one offers a queen bed and the third has a set of extra-long twin beds.

A large, screened porch can be accessed via the living room and master bedroom. It offers outdoor seating and a gas grill with golf and lagoon views. The Atlantic Beach neighborhood offers access to a community pool April- October and is about a 3 minute walk to the beach.

Pool Access: Guests have access to the Atlantic Beach Pool (Apr-Oct). Please note this property has NO resort pool access.

Pet Policy: This property is dog-friendly, allowing up to 2 dogs with a max weight limit of 50 lbs each. Dog(s) must be at least 1 year of age. There is a pet fee of $250 + tax per pet, per week or stay if less than 7 nights. No other pets allowed.

Parking: There is parking for up to 3 cars (as long as they are small, otherwise only 2 large).

Check-in instructions will be sent via email at least 10 days prior to check-in once the Rental Agreement is signed. If your stay is within 9 days, or lesser, from the time of booking, the instructions will be sent via email as soon as the Rental Agreement is signed.
