Upon entering the property, you’ll find exquisite finishes, ample living and entertainment spaces, high ceilings, and an abundance of natural light. Each area of the first floor fully captures the unparalleled views that Kiawah Island has to offer. In the main living area, you will find upscale and comfortable seating, a large flat-screen TV, additional seating for dining, and double sliding glass doors that provide access to the deck, pool, and spa. The gourmet kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances as well as ample counter space to entertain and prepare your vacation meals. The kitchen also opens to a writing desk, additional seating for dining, and access to the gorgeous deck. The upscale formal dining room also offers seating for 8 and overlooks stunning views of the lagoon and golf course.

The home’s primary bedroom features a king-sized bed, access to the back deck, and impeccable golf and lagoon views. The room also provides enough closet space to fully unpack your vacation clothes and unwind. The private primary bathroom offers ample natural light, a walk-in glass shower, and a separate bathtub.

The secondary bedroom also has a king-sized bed, sliding doors with access to the deck, and its own private bathroom with a shower-tub combination.

The third bedroom offers a king sized bed, a TV, golf and lagoon views, and sliding doors with access to the deck. The third bathroom is located just down the hall and features ample counter space and a shower-tub combination.

The fourth bedroom is a finished room over the garage offering 2 twin-sized beds and a TV. The fifth bedroom also offers a finished room over the garage with a king-sized bed and a TV. Both bedrooms have access to a full bathroom just across the hall with a shower-tub combination.

The beautiful back deck invites you to sit back and unwind. Go for a swim, soak in the spa, lounge poolside, or dine al fresco- the possibilities are endless! Enjoy dining on the deck with a table and chairs that seat 6. Lounge chairs also allow guests to relax and sunbathe.

The home is equipped with a washer, dryer, and high-speed wireless internet.

The dimensions of the pool are approximately 12' W by 20' L. Pool heat is NOT offered from the months of November through February. It has an electric heater and during the spring/fall months, can be heated for an additional fee of $75 per day. Electric pool heaters take longer to come to temperature than gas heaters, therefore it can take 24-48 hours for the pool water to reach the optimal temperature of 85-87 degrees. Contact us directly to add pool heating to your reservation. If this is requested in the months of November through February, please remember it is not available.

The spa can be heated for an additional fee of $75 per day for the entire stay. Contact us directly to add spa heating to your reservation.

Guest reservations of 3 to 21 nights come with a valuable credit to use towards beach gear rentals during your stay! The credit amount for this property is $400. You may use your credit for bicycles, beach chairs and umbrellas, beach carts, kayaks, stand-up paddleboards, and more – the choice is yours!

During your stay on Kiawah Island, be sure to enjoy biking on the 30 miles of flat bike trails, golfing on one of five world-class courses, playing tennis, crabbing, fishing, swimming, and boating. Many families also enjoy the kids’ camp and nature programs at Night Heron Park.
