Wonderful property. Very clean and quick walk to the beach. Would have liked a bigger newer tv but we spent more time on the beach and riding bikes without.

Tree Top Experience

We absolutely loved the condo. It was in an excellent location, close to town center on East Beach, close to beach, very well equipt with all kitchen utensils, pots/pans, very clean. Loved the deck which was in the tree tops. We could watch birds while having a meal or just relaxing. We will stay there again.

Great Getaway

We brought our two children to the beach for the weekend and loved the location of our stay! We could walk to the beach within 2 minutes and had everything we needed. The property manager responded super fast to a minor plumbing issue and had it resolved before we got back from the beach. Excellent management!

Me time

Perfect place, steps from the beach. I love Kiawah island and its beaches. Area was quiet while I sat on the deck with my coffee in the mornings. Had an issue with dryer and coffee pot, called management company they sent out repairman within hours and then another person brought a new coffee pot. Will be coming back next year!
