This spacious Windswept villa offers a very open layout with plenty of natural light via floor to ceiling windows boasting gorgeous ocean views. The kitchen is well appointed with granite countertops, choice appliances and a wet bar and opens to the dining and living areas with comfortable seating to accommodate 8. The living area includes a fireplace and mounted flat screen TV. An oceanfront balcony expands the width of the entire villa offering sweeping views and plenty of space to enjoy ocean breezes, cocktails or a great beach read.

5121 Windswept comfortably accommodates up to 6 guests in 3 bedrooms all with lovely ocean views. One king bedroom is just off the living area and includes a flat screen TV, a bathroom with a walk-in shower (also connecting to the hall for guest use) and access to the open balcony. The master bedroom is to your left with a king bed, TV, a private bathroom with his and her sinks, a walk-in shower and soaking tub, and balcony access. Just across the hall is the second guest bedroom offering 2 double beds, a private bathroom with a tub/shower combo direct access to the open deck. There is an elevator in the building with ramp access.

What an incredible stay!!!

The property and views were amazing. We loved the property and it was so well stocked. It exceeded all expectations. Will stay there again in a Heartbeat!!! 10 out of 10!

Another Thanksgiving at Kiawah

Our extended family, children, us and grandparents, rented this three bedroom condo so we could all be together rather than split up between two condos. There was plenty of room for everyone and the views can't be beat! The kitchen is well equipped for cooking almost anything you'd like and has been updated. The furniture has been well-worn, paint chipping, knobs missing, but beds we're comfortable. Each room has its own bath which was helpful. There were not as many towels as we've had in other units but there is a washer and dryer so that helps. The unit could have benefited from a deep cleaning...behind beds, baseboards, but at the end of the day I would select this property again.
