Holiday home Clay house with natural bathing pond

The detached holiday home, built in 1998, is rustic and functional. The property is located on the outskirts of the village. The domicile is popular due to its quiet and sunny location. Available for shared use: sunshade, sun lounger, children's playground, swing, sandbox, barbecue facilities, terrace, garden furniture, campfire site, and courtyard. Clay ovens can be used for baking and roasting, a table tennis table can be set up outside, the treehouse with water slide (also for adults) is available for children, the trampoline is shared, and the large "viewing chair" is also for everyone. The beach area in front of the pool is our large digging area for the little ones, where sand cakes can be baked or roads with small tunnels can be built. It is also worth mentioning that, along with us and you, there are 3 cats on the property. As an attraction, we offer our guests a ride in the Fläming with our "sunflower travel mobile" upon request. This was our mobile home for 1 year during our sabbatical.


Your holiday house
Your holiday house consists of 2 floors, 3 rooms (from which 2 bedrooms), is 65 sqm and can accommodate up to 5 persons. Smoking is not permitted inside the rooms. On colder days your holiday house can be heated with stove in all rooms (wood/coal). The only but very large stove in the house has a heated couch / play and seating area and is heated for all rooms exclusively with wood. It is a very long-lasting heat source. The entrance is covered and leads over 1 step directly in the kitchen living. There is an exit from the house to the fire, barbecue area with benches or to the outdoor seating area with table and benches. You enter our property through a far-advanced roof in the living / kitchen area. 1 bedroom has a "normal" double bed and 1 bedroom has the XXL version and corresponds to 3 to 5 beds (as needed) self-made. The rooms are divided as follows:
Ground floor: Living room as intersecting room, 30 sqm and with lounge, dinette, TV, DVD, stereo system and CD. The dinette offers space for 6 persons. You have access to the terrace. Cooking nook in the living room as intersecting room and with dishwasher, electric cooker, oven, refrigerator, microwave, coffee machine, toaster and electric water boiler. Bathroom with shower, 1 washbasin, WC, hairdryer, window and washing machine.
Upper floor: Bedroom as intersecting room, 15 sqm and with 1 double bed, 1 additional bed at folding bed and 1 baby bed. Bedroom 15 sqm and with 1 double bed and This bedroom has a bed in XXL format.
In addition, your holiday house is equipped with baby bed, high chair for children, electric iron and washing machine. TV or radio channel can be received only in national language per satellite. The property has no wireless or Internet access.


Location
Trebbin, district of Schönhagen. The holiday home is located on a 1,600 sqm enclosed garden plot with lawn, flowers, shrubs and trees, bordered by a fence and a hedge. The landlord lives in a separate building on the property. The holiday home is a rammed earth house; accordingly, all rooms are equipped with the wonderful natural building material clay, matching fine clay plasters, and its brilliant properties. The accommodation is very child-friendly and not suitable for tradespeople. Access is via a side road (gravel or crushed stone). Parking (for 2 cars) in the carport and on the property. We also offer your e-bike the “appropriate facilities” and, in general, all cars 1 carport or parking space in the yard.


Special
Oven in every room (wood/coal). The only but very large oven in the house has a heated reclining/play and seating area and is used for all rooms exclusively with wood. It is a very long-lasting heat source. Cot, high chair, iron and washing machine. TV reception via satellite. TV channels only in the local language. The property does not have Wi-Fi or internet access.


Pool
All pools are available for shared use. Outdoor pool (open all year round 4 m x 12 m 1.20 m deep). Our outdoor pool is a natural swimming pond with fish and frogs, surrounded by dragonflies and at dusk by bats, lined with foil and bordered with reeds as a filter. It is 1.20 to 2.00 m deep and entry is possible via a ladder, or for the brave, the shortest route is via the slide from the treehouse! :-).

Entry to the cycling and skating track (Fläming-Skate with a length of approx. 200 km) 20 km to Luckenwalde. Nature and wildlife park in Glau 4 km. In summer: Swimming lake at the campsite 8 km in Dobbrikow (beach 8 km in Dobbrikow with meadow and sand). Fishing in Blankensee 3.5 km. Upper floor: Bedroom (15 sqm, walk-through room) with 1 double bed, 1 extra bed on a folding bed and 1 cot. Bedroom (15 sqm) with 1 double bed, and this bedroom has a bed in XXL format.
