The open living room with dining area and integrated new kitchen is on the ground floor.
The kitchen is fully equipped; Dishwasher, toaster, kettle, coffee machine, kitchen scale etc.
Various pots, pans, and everything else that is needed.
On the ground floor there is a bedroom with 2 new single beds and new mattresses 90x200 cm, which can also be pushed together wonderfully and then result in a cozy double bed. Also on the ground floor is the newly renovated bathroom with a spacious shower area. The bathroom has a window.
On the upper floor there is another bedroom with a new double bed 160x200 cm, as well as a spacious bathroom with bathtub, bidet, and also a window. This bathroom has not yet been completely renovated, but it is really very spacious and bright.
From the bedroom you get to the wonderful roof terrace, from which you have a sensational view.

There is enough space in the outdoor area, the terraces and the covered terrace in the garden.
