Welcome home! This bright, spacious, NEW 2 bedroom main floor suite is perfect for short trips or extended stays. Guests will be greeted by stylish design, comfortable furnishings and thoughtful touches throughout.

Step into bright, clean and functional space. Complete with modern and comfortable furnishings and a 50" Smart TV with Netflix and Telus Optik programming. For the work-from-home type, a desk and 1Gig Wifi is provided.

Enjoy cooking? This beautiful and well-stocked kitchen will make you glad to stay in for a home-cooked meal. We offer ample dinnerware, cooking utensils, small appliances and even some common spices and pantry items. If coffee and tea are welcomed in the morning - don't worry. We have you covered! Let the dishwasher help you with clean-up. The kitchen flows nicely into the dining room with seating for 4 and a bar-height table-for-2 is conveniently situated within the kitchen space as well.

Comfort is important to us, which is why each bed is adorned with crisp, white, cotton sheets, plenty of pillows. Bedroom #1 features a Queen-size bed, a large closet and a dresser. Bedroom #2 includes a twin-over-full bunk bed, a large closet and a dresser.

The full bathroom includes a custom marble tiled glass shower. A modern high-gloss white vanity and plush white towels are sure to impress.

Staying for a while? This space is designed for that. An in-suite washer and dryer will help you stay on top of your laundry.

Enjoy the warmth and comfort of controlling your own thermostat in the cooler months. The completely separate legal basement suite has it's own thermostat.

Street parking is a few steps away from the front door. The front grassy area and seasonal garden provide a welcoming curb appeal.

Located in the desirable neighbourhood of Cambrian Heights, NW, you will have easy access to everything. Great access to Nose Hill Park, SAIT, U of C, Hospitals (Foothills and Children's), Deerfoot Trail, the Airport and downtown.

We, Casey and Brittany, have put our hearts into this property and truly tried to make it into the type of space that we would choose for a vacation, work trip or visit to Calgary. We feel confident that you will also see why we love this place!

Visiting Daughter in Calgary
We stayed 10 days and enjoyed our time. The location of the property is decent. Unfortunately, the parking is on a busy street. You have to know how to parallel park. We arrived at night, so it was dark when trying to guess which house it was. The door lock was easy to use. Upon entry the place looked very new and very clean. The family room is comfortable. The kitchen has everything you need. The washer/dryer is very loud. The bedrooms are nice and beds are comfy. The shower is nice but could use some corner shelves and the air vent needs cleaning immediately. The dining room table is large. There is no patio or balcony to sit on outside. The homeowner always responded quickly and I would recommend this place to other visitors. It was well priced.

Enjoyed this well-located, northwest home in Calgary. Adequately equipped for a short stay. A couple of minor maintenance issues which were reported to the owner. Very efficient check-in and check-out process. I would recommend this property. PH.

Amazing place
The property was fresh, clean and spacious for our family of 4. Everything was new, clean and fully stocked. The location was great, close to all amenities, attractions and less than an hour and a half from Banff and 15 minutes from the airport. Brittany was an amazing host, thanks for a great stay.

We really enjoyed this property, it was modern and clean and comfortable had all the things we needed to make meals in, to relax and watch a movie, grocery shopping near by and great location for us to get to all the places we were going in Calgary. Laundry and iron on site was really helpful.
